[i] Therefore, the probability that the chosen rating will be the highest rating = 12C1 / 60C1
= 12/60 = 1/5
[ii] Therefore, the probability that the chosen rating will be the lowest rating = 12C1 / 60C1
= 12/60 = 1/5
