and payments. This report includes the implementation of a quality assurance program for the
customers facing at the company highlighting the project plan along with roles and
responsibility, project scope statement, work breakdown structure, project schedule also the cost
involves and the project quality management. In addition to this the project risk management are
also highlighted in this report.
