Executive summary
The main objective of the business case is to raise $3 million dollars from the fundraising
event where Women’s Day event on 8th March has been chosen for the fundraising activity.
The degree of confidence in the market is quite high due to the funding organizational
support from the government regulations and the availability of various charity organizations.
The real benefits from making the investment are the guests in the event which will increase
the promotion across the market and the region building the goodwill and the growth of
funds. The recmmonded option is to perform the funding operations of donation collection
with more technological security through online donation system where the liquid cash will
not be circulated in much. The sensitivity of the risk lies in cost overruns where the added
feature with the technology set up like the e-delivery of cash and the crypto-security features
will require more financial assistance. The process of fund collection will be for 6 months or
more, and the most recommended option for the funding event will be to adjust the expenses
and accommodate the cyber security with high technology options for the online financial
transactions in the funding.
