Fundraising is considered as essential for any society to survive. Non-profit
organizations are involved in fundraising activities so that with these funds they can help
larger and needy sections of the society. With the advancement in technologies fundraising
techniques have also emerged. For instance, social media has become one of the best medium
to raise funds. The non-profit organizations can reach up to the people through these social
networking sites (Gao, 2018). The web pages are created defining the reasons for which the
fund is required and people are requested to support a cause.
The world is moving towards digitalization in every sphere and fundraising has taken
to the digital world as well. For instance the American Cancer Society website provides its
users to donate online. There is a donate button on the top left hand corner of the web page
