INTRODUCTION
The Academic skills are generally made of the core skills like presentation, referencing
an academic writing which helps in underpinning the more complex skills like reflective practice
and critical thinking. It is important for the students to have academic skills as it comprises of
collection of learning strategies, study habits and tools of time management which can help the
students to observe and learn the school and university lessons. For every student, learning is
much more important than assessing the information. The whole process requires academic
integrity in the students so that they can have honesty and fairness in their work and learning so
that they learn and grow in a positive environment (Gewirtz and Cribb, 2020). This report will
cover the importance of academic integrity in education sector and implications of the academic
