Introduction
Academic skills day is an important role in the life of the student as it helps them to learn
and develop their skills and knowledge which will be useful for them in their entire life. It is a
type of collection of study habits and different strategies of learning and managing the time so
that the students can achieve their targets in an effective manner (Drifke and et. al., 2017). For
this the mentors and other training members used to provide better training so that students can
develop their skills. Academic integrity refers to an ethical policy which should be applied by
everyone with respect to whatever they are doing. It includes honesty, fairness, trust,
responsibility, respect etc. It is used in order to encourage the students to develop new ideas and
also advise them to resolve the issues in a unique manner. Academic misconduct refers to such
activities which are against the fair work policy as it is done without the permission of the
author. The report talks about the importance of academic integrity with respect to higher
education. Academic misconduct is also discussed with its impact in the career. Lastly, the
difficulties and the skills which are developed while preparing the game are discussed.

Academic integrity
Academic integrity means all those practices which are done by the individual in order to
provide fair academic work to their institutions. It includes honesty, trust, fairness, responsibility,
etc. It is the basic requirement which should be in the students so that they can easily exchange
the views with their friends and mentors. This also helps them to develop new and innovative
ideas by learning new things and gaining knowledge (Eggenberger, 2021). The Institutions and
other colleges used to provide awards and other awards to the students who are honest while
completing their assignments this helps them to motivate so that they can give better results to
the organisation. It is necessary for the students to present their own work and should protect the
right of copyrights and other private privacy laws. It can be also says that there are five pillars
which helps the one to generate a positive conversation. The pillars are discussed below:
