Abstract
The research focuses on the growing market of the eye care industry in Armenia. From
preliminary research in the country, it has been found that more and more people in the country
are getting eye related problems and hence require eye care equipments like glasses and contact
lenses. As a result, with the growing demands of these equipments, the eye care industry in the
country is also growing rapidly to meet the demands of the people. Hence, vision care market in
Armenia has become a lucrative industry and as such, numerous companies are growing up in
the country that mainly deals with eyewear like glasses and contact lenses. The significance of
this study is that it focuses on the severity of the eye health problem in the country in addition to
the business benefits gained by the eyewear companies that are growing and booming in the
country. Studies in this field show that in addition to the elder people, the young generation is
also significantly affected by the problem and a large proportion of the young generation uses
contact lenses in the country.The popular brand which is discussed in the report is Alcon which
is adapted Business-to-Business distribution model to raise the marketplace share as well as time
of penetration.

Chapter 4: Results
4.1 Introduction
In this chapter, the researcher is attempted to analyze future handling of the vision care
market in Armenia. By means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the data examination is
part of the research development those are increasing quality of the information as well as
making it better to analyze as well as concluded on the particular research topic. The data
analysis is helped to perform the examination to implement information into the realistic
application. The data analysis is involved with complexities as well as data manipulation. Based
on collected data in this exacting chapter, the associate is trying to gain information based on the
topic and analyzing findings to insert strength in process of the data collected works. The
respondents are to be considered as a process of data collection are patient by means of access to
the contact lens product and distributors to gain detailed information related to this particular
research work.
4.2 Quantitative data analysis
In order to conduct the survey, there are total of 125 responses those are collected from
the patient by means of access to the contact lens product. There are total 10 distributors as well
as optical shop/chains owners those are interviewed. The closed ended questionnaires are to be
taken from the quantitative data analysis. As the questionnaires are not able to answer to the
research questions, therefore the interview of distributors are also to be taken for the qualitative
analysis.

From the above chart, it is analyzed that 70.3% of the respondents are male and 29.7% of
the respondents are female. Therefore, most of the respondents those are involved into the survey
are male.
