Registered nurse required to continue to develop professionally and maintain theircapability for professional practices. It is very important to have adequate skill and qualities inthe registered nurses so as they can carry out all their responsibilities and role toward theorganisation as well as patients. By follow several frameworks and aspects such as qualitymanagement, risk management, safety and security, health care professionals can easily deliverhigh quality of care services and treatment to patients.Role of registered nurse in mandatory reporting according to Standard inNMBARegistered Nurse Standards for Practice (2016): Develops a plan for nursing practiceAs per the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice, there is major role of nurse inmandatory reporting is to develop plan for nurse practices.
