Tourism is the industry which is made for pleasure
and for spending the time with the family and
friends. Tourism means the travel and it also
includes the accommodation and the places to be
visited either in the same country or in another
country. The tourism industry is the largest industry
all over the world and the contribution which it
makes in the GDP of the country is also large.

•The tourism industry is also known as the travel industry
in which the people move from one place to another or
form one country to another to have some relaxation and
to change the environment from the usual one. The
tourism industry is connected and linked with many other
industry which includes the hotel industry, transport and
hospitality industry.

people with best holiday package and books the tickets of the people who just want to go

other activities in which one is the tourism industry.
The hospitality sector is the most important sector not
just for the people but also for the country as it
provides jobs to the unemployed people and also helps
in increasing the GDP of the country.

•The challenges and difficulty which is faced by the
tourism industry is many and due to the presence of
COVID-19 the tourism industry has been faced in many
difficulties. The tourism industry before the COVID- 19
was one of the sector in which not only the business
owners but also the government earns huge amount of
money.

•The other factor is the difficulty of globalisation as people go far away from the
home but the presence and availability of local things also becomes important at
that point of time. The security is the major factor ad the Cosmos holidays tries to

The present time of pandemic people have become very
uncertain as how to do the things and also the major
impact have been on the tourism industry. But for the
future term the tourism industry has to make the
development with the use of technology and the safety
and hygiene will also be important for the place at which
the people will be making the visit and the hotel at which
they will be staying.

increase in the use of contactless payments will be much in use. The choices to the people
must be made in large as at present time people are not satisfied with just one or two options.

Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that tourism industry is the biggest industry which
helps the country to bring more productivity and increase in revenue. Not just for the country
but the main important feature of the hospitality business is the tourism industry which allows
the people to change the environment from the usual one. The country earns the foreign
earning because people from different country come and the government of the countries also
work hard to make the country a tourist spot.
