Project scope
 App design and launch cost- There are different aspect will be shown for the fitness
applications in order to including all the factors which are related to choosing the
monetization model. Fitness application help for considering basic fitness app features
which will provide additional information in regards to set the profiles, social sharing,
notifications and geolocation (Aru, E Aru and Chinemeze, 2020 ). Then AstraZeneca
launching cost is related to managing the accounting system of the app so that those who

will join the additional training, who can pay online with the app it also manages the
billing information of client.
 Social media integration- In order to integrate the social media it can be analysed that it
is necessary to allow peoples to download the application via android IOS. From website
and Instagram client can directly log in into their profile via link (Garcia-Perez, Gheriss
and Bedford, 2019).
 In-app purchase- This is related to the providing extra content or subscription which can
be buy inside the app and it provide different aspects that can be related to app store and
pay for it.
 App customisation- In the setting menu it shows according to need and preference of
customer which help to set the profile by merchandising different options.
 Testing the app- To taste the app it is necessary to choose 10 random people who can
listed accordingly and they will provide the feedback so that it help to make the
application accordingly. This is also called software and application testing which can be
work on IOS, Microsoft and Android (Hassan, Younas and Bhaumik, 2020).
 Launch the app- Application will be launch on the basis of feedback given by people,
also lastly check the operating system of the command of URL that can be include
different facility given to user.
Project risk
 Cost overruns- This can be related to unexpected change in the budget of the project
which is necessary to end up by increasing the total project cost. It can be related to
technical issue because it is necessary to update the application for regular basis
otherwise it impacted on overall reputation.
 Delays in app design- When the project is delay with according to schedule it impacted
by security violation and design of app which is not suitable for the people. It is also
possible that software developer not take it seriously and that’s is why there is delay in
designing. It impacts on the reputations of the firm because it can be possible that people
are waiting for the application in order to take benefit of it but on the other side it can be
delay in software affect the reputations of the company and at that time customer can be
shifts from another option (Machuca-Villegas and Gasca-Hurtado, 2018).

 Design and compatibility issues- This is possible that mobile compatibility unnecessary
to measures because it help to providing the specific testing of software application and
their suitability with mobile devices. Hardware and software are requirement for
necessary to testing the phase in order to lack of consistency.
 Competition from other apps- This is the major risk because it can be possible that it is
necessary to develop the applications in such a way where it need to be set position in
market so that it help to attract large number of customer and improves the customer base
by providing different types of function (San Cristóbal, Carral and Iglesias, 2018). It is
important to providing and analysing the direct competitions product and how company
can provide better service to improve business strategy of AstraZeneca. That’s is why it
is necessary to use identifying the market which is important for ensure about the
branding and reinforce the message accordingly.
Project success
To measure the success, it is necessary to measure the metrics on the basis of key performance
indicator (KPI) which are as follows:
Number of users- This is one of the important factor which help to intend and use the
app accordingly also it will help to provide the information regarding reach of application. Also
it can help by tracking the installation and end user on the basis of future marketing efforts and
process of advertising (Willumsen, Oehmen and Geraldi, 2019). On the basis of above diagram it
help to provide the information of tracking and related to giving the information for google pay
store.

Active users- It is necessary to measure the rate of active user which help to provide the
engagement and important track for couple of metrics. Also, daily active user provides the
information of it. For instance, when the app used for 10,000 times in last 30 days by 5000
people, the MAU is 10,000. Tracking those who are regular user in order to use the analytics of
determine the success factor (Wu and Dai, 2018).
Cohort analysis- It help to provide the information because there are many people who
are download the app but not use it accordingly. And tend to improve the retention and help to
providing them notification regarding using the app and then people get idea of using the app
again.
