INTRODUCTION
In relation to personal development of individual it is require that it follow three essential
function which are Success, knowledge and creativity (Mejia, Rodriguez and Johnson, 2016).
Under this report, there is discussion about those skills which are essential for firm to achieve
carrier objectives. This also content information about some future skill which are require by an
individual to be develop for achieving their objectives in current business scenario. This report
will consider various discussion about intention of individual that why our learner will choose
the particular module in order to enhance its knowledge and skills. Under this approach the
future challenges and expectations will also be covered in order to identify and match these
things in this module.
MAIN BODY
Week 1
In first week of this module, I learned number of skills as a student. This include
communication , leadership and various other skills. My main motive behind being learner in
this module is that it helps in developing professional skill which is useful in future to achieve
professional objectives. This is also helpful in developing critical thinking which will help me in
managing my operation in effective. This is also directed towards various functions which help
me in gaining skills and knowledge to perform on respective job (Shaw and Werno, 2016). This
module will also help me I shopping may various skills which will help in future carrier. These
are those which are linked to performance of firm and will also help in managing function in
effective manner.
Week 2
Current business environment is changing in regular manner which is impacting on
performance of organization as well as skills requirement. This is clear that in relation to week 2,
I identified that individual require number skill which can be used to clear all these dynamics and
using function I effective way to achieve personal and organizational goals. Under this week I
understand about use of technology skills and reading skills. I develop the skills under this
module by performing various task related to technology I used to read different novels and

books with the library of institute. This all help me in improving my literature skills as well as
reading skills. In addition to this, it can also see that this module is designed according to
requirement. This consist all those requirements which are essential for firm in relation to
perform of objectives and help in managing function to promote working environment.
Week 3
In context of this week I identified number of function where I performed all roles in
effective manner. This is also effective in developing skills related to critical thinking which is
helpful in achieving the objectives related to performance in current business environment.
Under this, it will help in observing various aspects in business functions which has to be
perform in future while performing on repetitive job. This will improve training and provide and
insight about the job. This will also help in creating and perspective which is related to achieving
business objectives and performing function effective way. Along with this, it will help in
developing uniqueness in individual for performing various functions and developing personal
perspective to manage creativity in market (Bhowmik and Kim, 2018). Under the third week I
understand about the communication skills by communicating with different individuals. This
help in increasing my performance where I develop my communication skill in context of
academic and professional life.
Under this week I also evaluated that, Current business is full of challenges which are
related to professional carrier of individual. These changes have to be deal by the employee in its
future carrier to achieve success. In relation to this module, it provide effective training and
understanding of current challenges and future challenges which ah to be identified by manager
for performing its business function. This will improve function and manage these in appropriate
way. This will boost self-moral of employees and help in performing function in effective way.
This will perform effective capital to use in organization and manage function according to
future requirement.
Week 4
There are number of future changes and function which will be seen by students in
performing graduation program. These are based on functions of firm which will improve
function and manage learning. This is helpful in managing requirement and managing objectives

in relation to current working function. I also use to perform these function which are helpful to
me in managing success of various operations and using them for firm benefits:
In relation to future abilities of individual this is major function which is performed by
manager in firm. Under this, it is important for student to develop time management skills. This
is required by students to manage its function in effective ways they can perform function in
timely manner. This is because there are number of subjects which has to be studied by student
in graduation course and it is required to allocate appropriate time to each and every subjects. In
context of this student should learn how to manage time. I am also using various skills which
help in managing time and developing my time management skills.
Week 5
Under this week, I develop research skill as well as used to understand different kind of
research skills which will help me in my future career about researching different content. for
developing my research skin and identifying the appropriateness of resources used to perform
various functions within this bedewed where I used to prepare different kind of reports which
help me in developing my research skills This week is also helpful in managing function and
using them in effective way. This is also an factor which is required to be develop by individual
while performing graduation course. Under this function, there are various other aspects which
demotivate individual from performing better and tackling effective decision. I am also working
on this skill as effective decision making helps in managing function and using this function to
promote organization benefits. This use those function which support essay trading and using
these will motivate employee in current time (De La Motte, 2017). I will prefer to take different
decisions as well as take different online classes which will help me in this future challenge in
my future university course.
Week6
In this week, I use to develop my skills related to leadership. Leadership can be defined
as the activity which is done by an individual to guide motivate and promote the functions of
different individuals so that organization can achieve its objectives in time related manner. There
are number of opportunity which can be used by manager while performing there function in
relation to achieving objectives. When I was performing this graduation course, I use to be there
leader of team in university. This is helpful in developing my skills related to leadership and I am

effective in performing function in better way. There are number of function which is related to
achieving goals and objectives and use this to manage function which has to be perform
Attaining the advantage of leadership skill I will use to participate in different teams as well as
give up my best for gaining the leadership skills and improving my ability to perform in different
aspects of a university course (Wyner, 2019).
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from above mentioned information that personal and professional
skills which can be used to manage function and achieving objectives. This can be seen that there
are various functions which have to be performing. It can be concluded that there are various
future challenges like time management, decision making, leadership skills which are required to
be developed by the individual in order to achieve its objectives and manage the function in an
appropriate way. This will help the individual in improving their work and achieve the objectives
in a time related manner. Along with this, it can also conclude there are a number of functions
which has to be performed by the manager in order to improve their productivity and gain
maximum advantage.
