Introduction In this fast running globe, competition level is taking the huge place &provide the direct impact on the development of the enterprises. The primary motive of this report is to highlight the effectiveness of this module named FY026 &also considering the specific success of the University courses. With the help of this module, student can effectively enhance their knowledge &understanding so that they can improve their capabilities. Through this report, i will discuss how i will develop myself as a learner &also &furthermore, i will reflecton how to approach the challenges & expectations of a university course. In order to fulfil the requirements of this report, i will specify thathow & why i have developed as a learner during this module. With thehelp of this module i have generalised that i have learn various things likeidentify the internal situation vai SWOT analysis &also learn presentation skills, email &how to clear the interview session successfully. I have analysed that i have improved my skills &competencies so that i can effectively boost my performanceas a learner. Throughoutthe sessions, I have improved my researching, attention, communicating, goalsetting, creative, recollection, organization, identity, collaboration, administration, personal growth & IT skills as a consequence of these themes. During this lesson, I learned about the Harvard referencing style as well as how important it will be when citing other creative business in presentations. This topic helped me to locate unique pieces of knowledge as well as appreciate other people's views &labour. The reference lists enables me to demonstrate the breadth of my study by citing a variety of sources, enhances my argument by citing high-quality materials, & aids in the development of abilities such as writing, investigation, remembering, &critical thinking(Cottrell, 2013). In this module, we created groups for class presentations &learned that we all must work together to achieve our goals in the future. Looking back on my contributions as a participant of this team, I can see that I had several strengths as well as many faults. I believe that the presentation improved my IT, research, memorization, &verbal ability, as well as my confidence in my expertise. As a result of my group presenting expertise, I can determine that it has enabled me to develop my competence in a variety of abilities as half of a lifetime education process(Shen and et al., 2019). 2
The second topic I studied in this session was reflections, & I have learnt about two concepts in this area. Observation is necessary before, throughout, &after a teaching process & determines how my fully understanding may have led to an unanticipated result. Gibbs reflective Cycle has allows students to reflect on &analyse my experience, particularly those that have occurred repeatedly. It also helps me to learn &prepare based on what has gone successfully but what has not worked well enough in the past, & also how comparable circumstances might be best addressed in the future(Knoll and et. al., 2017). In order to maintain the effectiveness of my learning, i need toshare my experiences with the help of reflective statement. Apart from this i also further discuss challenges &specific expectations related with the University course.I have observed that the there are various challenges i havefacing like time management, like of knowledge, lacking in motivation, Infrastructure Issues, research skills, technical Issues & Digital Literacy, lack of face-to-face interaction & also many others(Pears, Shields, 2016).In order to resolve these challenges i need to maintain the hardships & obligations that come with a higher education, as well as how I learnt what I did. This curriculum has supported my career growth as a teacher since I began studying new things &socialising, & program has also helped me maintain my concentration here on courses. The introduction, the middle section, &thus the conclusions comprised three elements of just this reflective journal(Knott Scragg, 2016). When I initially started this academic year, I had faced lot of challenges, including understanding, learning,&decipheringcurriculumspecifictothesetopics, applying appropriate proper teaching tactics, &adjust to the new environment &working on new people. This event improved my opportunity to understand new knowledge all while helping me improve my English & reading skills. One of my biggest challenges was figuring out where to manage my time efficiently so that I might work 31 hours a week, drop my kids off at school following school, &spend the rest of the time with family(Kotler and et. al., 2013). My current expectations for this course differ from those I had when I was first started since I imagined to trouble with the material & be limited in my academic tasks. I have learned that the college's most important requirements are because I get it on early, pleasant, attend courses, & deliver my tasks more effectively, &this is not a strain for me because I 3

already satisfy each of these requirements in my regular activities(Lodge, Hansenand Cottrell, 2016). The next topic I'd like to discuss is the interview, whose main goal is to predict whether a candidate will meet job performance goals , for which all of the conversations are using 10 largest research question & have same eligibility requirements, they remain neutral, to only include doubts relevant to the job content or capabilities to perform. This has helped me enhance my listening, leadership, organisation, personal development, &self-motivation abilities, as well as prepare me for future interviews(Movchun, Lushkov and Pronkin, 2021). Some specific challenge i also faced likestudent's programme for personal development mainly assisted me in setting &achieving specific objectives, as well as take judgments that would lead to a positive life. This training motivates me to increase my self-esteem & confidence. Conclusion On the basis of this reflective essay, it is determined that 'learning may be seen of as a procedure of communication wherein the knowing, analyzing, experiencing, &acting are all various componentswith same experience'. I was able to illustrate how my learning progressed through the reflective essay. The themes that I learnt helped me to gain more information in order to best inform myself for obstacles that I would encounter, as well as to improve my capacity to identify &exploit new opportunities. Learning new topics/skills every day is a lifetime process, &I want to perceive education as a part of myself. 4
