EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Knowledge is one of the most important element and has an major role to play in gaining of individual success because it helps in understanding over the market and situation that can be developed through individual. Knowledge is sufficient to gain survival of an individual for ensuring to make skill development possible. All this is helpful in managing of challenges to make increase in efficiency. This also make analysis over requirement of skills, market is needed to see over daily basis. It also makes growth in professional manner possible and also make analysis of situation possible. Personal development plan cannot be developed and only specific skills has to be acquired for identification of problem within time limit specified. In this report different documents are being enclosed which has to be used by an individual to increase its capability over dealing with changes disturbing peace consistently. In order to gain success in present market condition an individual has to determine over lot of opportunities presented in market. As per this they should have skills which possess required of meeting that challenges that is being faced by them. Various kinds of documents is being prepared by an person which is helpful over developing different kinds of skills like communication,listening skills, TIC, presentation skills etc. All this is done with the help of document like CV that is going to lead over employer to know all the information from which analysis can be done which increases competence of candidates. Helping in group presentation and behaviour can be enhanced of an individual. Also it makes collaborative learning of working skills that makes development of an individual within diversity of workplace. Referencing skills enables the individual in making the content authentic as they uses data of others but source are provided for them. In addition to this the skills of formal and informal writing is crucial for an individual to be successful as with this they can make their communication effective. Such skills enables them to communicate effectively by way of mails, letters, reports etc. The research skills of the individual make them capable of understanding the needs and wants of the customers on the basis of which they can make offerings to the customers. For this knowledge of various methodologies need to be developed so that the analysis can be done effectively. Further with the help of SWOT analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats can be identified in relation with the abilities, competence and skills present in the employees.

MAIN BODY 1) TIC This means Thinking Into character. It majorly deals with transformation of program which is there to support personal development of an individual. This is done through education on personal level and making his decide goal of his career in order to achieve such heights focus is required to be their within. Such programs is being organized by various universities and colleges which is making student ready over challenges which has been taking place in working environment. I have also taken part in one of such programs which was conducted by my university. It had made me realise over improvement which is required to be focused on development of specific skills. Then I learned about technology that is making gap between what has to be achieved and when (Divan, Bowman and Seabourne, 2015). 2) Referencing When a piece of work is written through someoneâs data and information is being given over providing content whenever it has to be included within text or it is important for it or not. Detail informationis been given that is involves citation and list of references to provide in reports end. When my assignment is being prepared I was in university. Also informationis being referred to as authentication and reliability is going to increase because information can be gathered form writer. 3) Reflection Reflection is that kind of strategy that is being learned over reflection through experience, action, decision etc. This makes exploration to be made and understanding is going to be developed upon various concepts in effective and efficient manner. All of it makes experiences, action and decision to be impacted. Different gain is been understood due to new concepts in order to learner. Reflection is also helpful in making understanding lot of elements that is helpful in taking decision to improve studies prevailing. When an project is been assigned to me I have written a reflection this makes determination of problem very easy. Such reflection must be in simple language so that the target audience can understand it properly and because of this target audience the tone must be as per the understanding level of the targeted audience (Cottrell, 2017).

4) Informal and formal writing An individual this is one of the most important thing to understand about various formal and informal writing. As it makes communication to be possible in smooth manner at workplace. Formal writing is very important because it includes emails, preparations of report etc. As per message is required to be formed in proper manner and it makes clarity where as in informal writing language used for daily communication being used in general manner. To improvise such skills I took various sessions that is making learning over email writing, articles formation and report with message enhancement. Facilities has developed in me that had made communication of thoughts with helping over achieving efficiency in making communication strong. Facilitating me in communication through views that helps in gaining of success achieved within the career. 5) CV writing CV stands for Curriculum Vitae, this is that kind of document which is helpful in making overview of candidate trying to search for job. Details that has been included in it has been filled by the person searching for job. Details that is being given in the documents are name, address of the candidate, his skills and abilities. Information regarding family background is also contained within it. This makes employer analyse capability of employees to interest. Pats experiences, hobbies achievements and many more. Also preparing an CV should include information over a general overview. 6) Academic writing This is related to various kinds of reports, articles, project in order to fulfil demand of both university and college. Also under it involvement of academic writing through academic settings of documents can be achieved. Under this books, reports, conference paper and dissertation is being mentioned(Cottrell, 2017). 7) Job interviews An individual that is required to prepare themselves for appearing within an interview. It requires various types of information that is required to gather by an individual. Also interview analysis is done that makes interview successful and CV forms basis that initiate questioning by interviewer. Through this preparation is being done in order to make identification of common questions related to the interest of person come for interview. In this process various things are involved like identification of common questions which are important. Also candidate should focus on his weakness and strength of individual.
8) Research skills Research skills is being related through information, extracting, evaluating and utilizing of data that has been analysed. This has to be achieved and is considered to be part of academic research lot of methodologies and process that is being used in order to make information which is related over topic to gather information. For analysing market and its situation it is very important over undertaking different stages to make as per requirement. Customers information has to be made through preparation questionnaire after preparation documents and I have taken session for this event. 9) Data Interpretation Interpretation of data can be explained through various methodology that makes data to be collected and arranged in proper manner with interpretation to be done. It has helped me learning of technique that made data collection possible in proper way. As per this process data is required to be viewed again and conclusion has to be reached. Interpretation of data helps in facilitating decision making also. There are various kinds of concept which is related in gathering of data through sources and helps in studying of analysis. I have also performed different roles that had made work in office possible. Also It made my analysis of data to be conducted with various sessions. 10) Group Presentation An efficiency in this skill is required to be gained by an individual to make it more successful within the career as it makes understanding over the concept or projects that has been considered. Presentation can be both individual or within the group for making achievement of objectives possible. When it was my first day at my first job an assignment was given to me that was related to preparing of presentation with existing employees of an organization. This has helped me in learning various things like work that has been given to me and allocating of work through different members in form of communication that is being followed within members. 11) SWOT SWOTanalysisisanapproachwiththehelpofwhichstrengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats can be identified. This approach can be used for both organisation and for the individual.After analysing these aspects various strategies are formulated by the individuals and the organisation with the help of which they can meet up with the changing requirements at personal level and at professional level. I conducted this analysis on me with the
help of which I identified that I do not have technical skills at large and this can have impact on my performance in long run (Clark, 2015). 12) Communication and Listening skills It is very important to an individual in order to increase communication and developing of listening skills because it helps them through effectively expressing of ideas. Skills that are in written or verbal manner has been proven to be key and important for making in uplifting of efficacy. I have learned that efficiency should be there in communicating of various things and subordinates is required to understand task and aspects related to it. Further it has helped me in making communication and listening skills very important. Also skills has to be developed within an individual. It has made me understand problems of employees and suggestion within the ideas over providing dealing with various situation.
