INTRODUCTION Professional development is all about enhancing the overall skills and abilities at an individual level to achieve the best level of career growth. This project is a reflective assessment in respect to the overall learning from this module. Furthermore, this project would reflect the ways that would support me in dealing against the future challenge and expectations at the university course. MAIN BODY Developed as a learner In the entire experience of this module I have developed as a learner. I got to improve my various skills such as communication skill, research skill, listening skill, team working skill and different other skills. Overall personality growth of an individual covers a drastic section related to the skill improvement and development. The entire experience could support me in improving me my all different skills that could ultimately enhances my overall growth as an individual (Le Roux and Nagel, 2018). The experience of this project has guided me all different ways and approaches that can support the development and growth of various skills and different aspects of the personality as an individual. As a learner I got to know all the techniques to improve the overall personality as an individual and also the tactics to assess the level of potential growth in my personality. It’s important to improve the overall personality as a learner along with its equally essential to analysis the level of improvement as an individual we could got out of the practices implemented to acquire new skills and potentials. The module is all about developing an individual as a quick leaner so that he can adopt new skills and aspects related to the personality as an individual. In the entire experience of this module tutors and experts kept their eyes over the key areas that needed to work on in my overall personality as an individual. As a learner it’s important to get the complete exposure that can support the overall growth. The entire module experience has given me the great and complete exposure which could support me in achieving the best level of learning experience exposure. The experience I could gain has supported me in the way it could deliver the best level of exposure in context to improving the skills, personality, confidence and all different areas (Govender and Govender, 2019). Confidence is the biggest learning I could acquire from this entire experience as I got to know in order to grow in the
professional career it is needed to have the good confidence in the personality. If as an individual you are confident enough which indicate that you will be able to deal with all challenges and issues becomes part of the job effectively. In order to achieve the best level of growth its essential to face the challenges and issues positively. I got to learn that confidence is the tool behind achieving the success in any of the stream pursue as an individual. Future challenge and approach of the university course The entireexposure of the learning asan individualcould support me asan individual. I got to learn different skills and gathered complete exposure of the module. The entire experience will surely support me in achieving the best level of growth opportunities. In future if I could get any challenge and issue I would face all of them with the full confidence. I will also use my experience of this learning in order to deal with the future challenge associated with the learning as an individual. I have the expectation that university would conduct better and more effective learning programs in future as compare to this previous one by utilising the experience. This learning program was more based on the theoretical exposure and learning which at some level ineffective. In future I am expecting that University conduct more practical based and oriented sessions so that high level of exposure can be achieved out of the learning (Lisi, Recchioni and Roma, 2020). This would improve the level of skills and knowledge of all the learner out of the learning program. Practical based learning allows the learner to understand how to react in the specific practical situation where the theoretical learning do not allow the learner to identify such aspects. Only if the learning get the practical exposure than it becomes effective and useful. I am expecting that in future the learning modules will becomes more effective. Only the relevant and necessary information related to the learning must be provided in the module (Lyamin, 2018). The current module is more precise and comprises with many irrelevant facts and information that do not offer any kind of learning. I am expecting the in future the learning’s university conduct must also focus over innovation and technological development. Use of information technology will make the learning more effective and useful. University must give emphasis over enhancing the use of information technology and digital mediums to improve the overall learning experience of all the students. Innovation would support the learners in dealing against the all future challenges and create new possibility for the overall growth of the career.

CONCLUSION This is a reflective assessment about the learning modules associated with the University.
