HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
The employability development and its advancement is usually dependent over the enhancement of skills, abilities, knowledge, attribute,
experience as with this continuous development of individual personality is addressed with perfection. It induced higher level of improvisation of
overall behaviour and personality and it is processed with support of 10 artefacts as with this overall personality and professional skills which is
as furthermore described below as:
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: In relation to this artefact I am able to make sustained level of advancement in
my learning capabilities as with this supportive enhancement and opportunities development is addressed which furthermore include long term
success in future.
Personal SWOT Analysis: In support of this analysis I have analyse overall working strength and weaken areas of mine as with this ability to
make sustained growth is achieved in perfect manner. For this I have enhanced my skills and capabilities by which rate of productiveness and
sustainability both get improvised in standardised manner.
Personal Development Plan: In this plan I have make deepen analysis about my weaknesses and make appropriate plan in order to make
and induce better modifications as with this efficiency of mine is getting developed in ordinate basis. In this modest and prominent level of
alteration is processed as with this working credibility of mine is advanced in successful mode.
Reading Log 1: In this artefact I have make systematic level of reading as with this overall working efficiency and rate of clarity among
thoughts and ideas is processed in timely frame. For this I have make adequate learning under which employability skills of mine is advanced
and as per condition of COVID 19 also I am able to clarify my thoughts with better reasons and solutions.
