HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
There are mainly 10 artefacts that are effective in development of employability. These artefacts along with their importance in development of
employability will be explained as below:
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: By using this artefact I increased my skills as well as understanding about the
help that will help me within course that turn to impact in getting of best employment opportunity in minimum time and in successful manner.
Personal SWOT Analysis: This artefact helped me by providing information about my strengths, weakness, threats and opportunities that will
be beneficial for in my employment. This will be important and significant for me in accomplishing the long term goals and targets within
minimum time and in significant manner.
Personal Development Plan: This is an important plan which will be essential for me in overcoming of my weakness effectively. by
overcoming all weakness, I become able in getting best employability. Improvement of the weakness are important and essential part of
personal as well as professional development. Thus, personal development plan is significant and beneficial for me in my growth and
development in all fields.
Reading Log 1: This log helped me in identifying the learning opportunities during Covid 19-time period. This supported me by increasing my
learning capabilities that are essential in my employability. In this I gain learning opportunity and I become able in completing my study and
starting a job in well-known organisation.
Reading Log 2: This is also essential and effective in improvement of my learning styles that turn to impact me by improving my personal and
professional growth within minimum time and in effective manner.
Resources for Job Hunting 1: This helped me by providing the information about the different sources of searching the job. I identified that all
effective sources and in this LinkedIn is main because it not consumes maximum time and also provides best job opportunity that is effective in
my professional career.
Resources for Job Hunting 2: This supported me in identifying the alternative resource of searching the job that is Glassdoor website. This is
also considered effective artefact that supported me in searching the best job within minimum time period.
Academic Resources 1: This helped in giving information regarding the number of Academic Resources. Along with this, Google Scholar is a

best Academic Resource because it helped in identifying of actual information about the study in less period of time.
Examples of Job Description and Personal Specification: This helped in determining the importance of job description as well as personal
specification in job. All are important in getting effective job opportunity in less time period. With the help of personal specification as well as job
description I become able for starting new job in well-known organisation that turn to impact over my career development and growth in
essential manner.
Blog: This helped me by increasing my knowledge about the technology in employability.
Therefore, all artefacts are essential and important for me in getting employability as well as improvement of personal and professional growth
within minimum time and in successful manner.
