HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
The ten enclosed artefacts have directly supported the development of my employability effectively, the personal SWOT analysis has helped me
to understand my strength and weakness also the various opportunities and threat available to me which can directly effect my development of
employability and how i can grab the available opportunities in order to enhance my development effectively. I have also analysed the various
strength i have and how i can use those strength in fulfilling my work effectively, and how to overcome or change my weakness into strength
effectively. The SWOT analysis has effectively supported me in the development of my employability. The next artefacts that was taken into
consideration was the personal development plan, this has helped me to analyse my skills which i needed to improve and the resources and the
support that can be taken into consideration in order to improve my skills effectively and under what time frame it will be improved effectively.
The personal development plan has directly supported in the development of my employability through analysis and improvement of my required
skills.
The another artefacts that have supported the development of my employability is the reading log, the reading log as mentioned has directly
helped me in knowing the sources available and how and from where i can enhance my knowledge and information as per the requirement. The
reading log has helped me to analyse the number of reading materials available which can be useful in increasing the knowledge and information
which will be useful in the development of my employability. The next artefacts used are the resources for the job hunting this has helped to
analyse the number of sources available like Linkedin, indeed, Social media platforms to apply for the desired job and interact with the potential
employer directly and increase the chances of getting hired. This is one of the essential step towards the development of employability as
choosing right job hunting platform can help in getting the right job effectively. This artefacts has helped me to understand the job hunting
resources available with their advantage and disadvantages, making it easier to take the right decision effectively.
In addition to this the next artefacts which has supported in the development of my employability is the academic resources, the academic
resources has helped me in understanding the number of e-learning platforms available in order to increase the knowledge and information. Also
to effectively understand the employability and the requirement the examples of job description and job specification is also used in this artefacts.
Further more, how to prepare for the future job market and the various opportunities available in the future job market is also highlighted in this
report and also how to prepare for the future job market and the opportunities available.
