Employability development mainly involve different type of experience, skills, attributes through which it is essential for individual to continuously develop in
order to improve that personal as well as a professional effectiveness. There are mainly 10 artefacts that are required for an individual professional as well as
personal skill enhancement.
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: This is an artefacts which is having ability to effectively advance overall working credibility and
enhance, as with the help of his I can evaluate different type of opportunities in order to maximize my skills as to ensure future growth as well as success.
Personal SWOT Analysis: In context to this it has been identified that this artefacts allow me to evaluate weaknesses as well as strength through which I can
have the opportunity to undertake strategies as to effectively overcome my weaknesses in an effective manner and assure my future growth and opportunities
with more effectiveness.
Personal Development Plan: With the help of this I can have proper an in-depth analysis of my weakness and identify loopholes in order to develop my skills.
With the help of this I can undertake necessary changes in order to improve my strength and overcome my weaknesses according to the working condition in a
systematic manner and assure more effectiveness.
Reading Log 1: This is an artefact through which I can have transparent as well as clear illusion related to the main concerned to enhance my reading ability in
employment skill in order to get promoted in this I undertake different type of learning materials used in that situation as to develop my learning in effective.

Summary
It has been identified from the above analysis that artefacts play an introductory role in an organisation and play essential aspects for effectiveness and
development in an effective manner. It has been identified that, different type of skills and adequate form of knowledge has been learnt by my from PSKC class
classes. It help in having better form of understanding in context to sample and photos as it is preceded in working as under classes. Along with is there is a
SWOT analysis that allow me to effectively understand my weaknesses as well as strength through which I can have better opportunities to overcome my
weaknesses in effective manner. In context to weakness I am able to effectively put more efforts in order to overcome my weaknesses and develop my strength
in effective manner. Along with this personal development plan also aid me to effectively identify my weaker areas and develop my personality in both
professional as well as personal context. For this reading log 1 effectively aid me to have clear form of assumptions about the various aspects in which I lack in.
It helped me to enhance my long-term effectiveness. While if it is talked about reading log 2 assist through It helped me to have learning from various sources
