INTRODUCTION
Personal development is the key of self development as the learning process could not get
stop during the whole lifespan. An individual get learn with many life experiences, academics,
interaction and surroundings. Learning and development both are interconnected as
development could only get attain by continuous learning. Self development is required to attain
many tasks and activities into life at university or professional level. There should be use of
proper plans and learning approaches to enhance one's ability and knowledge. Development
would get attain by improving knowledge, skills, capabilities and moving own self to practically
implement what they have gain till their life. The report is consisting five foremost skills that an
individual must have gain in order to get prepare for better future. Communication skills,
presentation skills, punctuality, reading skills, leadership skills. These skills will help to develop
and grow personal tactics which are beneficial for working on management level. Development
get enhanced to build mindset and prepare with higher qualified abilities so that student will
come up with great personality that is effective to build own career into competitive market.

Communication skills
Communication is one of the necessary activity that a person requires to perform for
sharing idea, thoughts, solutions, informations and many other things. Communicating is about
transformation of one's ideas to another, building connection by talking through any form of
communication. It could be done through verbal or non- verbal aspects which include calls, texts,
articles, report, magazines, news any many more. Every individual communicate as per their
own personality, way of talking, speaking skills which makes them indifferent from other. It
depends on language using by the speaker which comes from culture, beliefs, values they shared
with their community. As per the scientific study, a person speak in the exact way it listens. C
before involving into communication, an individual have to be a listener to grab different aspect
of communication. The way they see their environment of daily life, the most early they grab it
in its own life. So that, communicating is depended and affected by listening. It is a vital skills
which is must have build in one's life. Having effective communication skills is important in
various terms.

A good speaker is more attractive than a silent listener. Having good communication
skills provide an insights to the individual to provide idea and thoughts into others mind to make
them convenience for arguments. These skills enables a path for success into life by making
people attract towards themselves. Failure to talk is is a negative sign for an individual which
could be wide reason behind their failure in career opportunities. These communications skills
are required for facing lifelong challenges in making career goals, maintaining relations,
eliminating conflicts, build confidence and personality. These factors are essential for the
purpose to get victory in every challenge comes between development of future.
Communication skills are the first recommended criteria by large company for individual
interest in giving interviews and look forward to get a job. So that, having effective way of
talking proves to get success in building career.
There are many ways to boost commination skills irrespective of the age factor, There is
no age limit set against learning and enhancing good commination skills as it provide lifelong
existence for growth. Moreover, having good communication skill is not only beneficial for
professional level but at academic also. A student could maintain relations with teachers and
attain high scores by making effective presentation, guide others and take responsibilities for
work completion.
There are various methods to develop effective communication skills that are described
below:
First be a good listener and observer
Focus on more of listening and reading by verbal practices.
Talk in front of number of audience to build confidence.
Try to speak with fluency by taking parts is debates, speech and presentations.
Develop regular practices of communicating with others into respective language in order to
establish command on it.
These ways are vital to cooperate with the environment to develop understanding for convey
