1. Introduction: Self- development is defined as a personal form of responsibility for one’s own learning as well as enhancement in
terms of the procedure of assessment, taking certain actions and reflection. The main objective behind self -development is to fulfil
overall potential in context with both personal and professional life. In context with personal development skills it is defined as various
types of qualities and talents which lead to growth and enhance the level of personal development. The phase of self-development is
crucial because it allows implementing both strategic and tactical plans in relation with fulfilling all goals. By taking all the
responsibilities, the strengths and abilities of an individual gets increased, they achieve their career goals and so on.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500

Social awareness is defined as the ability to receive specific perspective and empathize with other people who are from different
backgrounds and belong from other cultures in order to understand ethical forms of behaviour. In relation with ethical awareness they
have recognize the range of various ethical implications of all decisions which are in relation with certain decisions. The below project
workshops offered me with different ideas which can help in the development of social and ethical awareness and responsibility. This
project was started with the aspect of swot analysis which helped in analysing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of me as I
am a student. It was also helpful in doing further improvements in context with whatever weakness I had so that I can try my best to work
hard. As various opportunities were mentioned, it helped me in evaluating them so that I can build up my strengths and reduce my
weakness level. My personal development plan is made in order to help me in implement all goals and objectives to enhance my social
and ethical awareness and at the same point of time fulfilling all responsibilities. To achieve this there are various type of resources
which are been mentioned in whole personal development plan along with the time frame in which those goals are achieved. The next
appendix has focused on the communication skills which are needed while following all responsibilities. It has contributed me in
analysing my overall skills which are needed. The article has mainly focused on building up social and ethical awareness and by
attending all mini workshops my knowledge got enhanced as I am a student it is the most important thing for my career. In the below
workshop it was also mentioned about certain employability skills which are needed at every phase of social and ethical awareness.

The value and usefulness of the below documents have helped me in determining my responsibilities because as per my personal
swot development I have analysed all my strengths and in accordance with that I made improvements in my weakness. In the
below report it was also evaluated about communication skills which are needed as an employee. A person may indulge into both
effective and ineffective skills so with respect to this it was useful for me in building up my skills and in accordance with that my
social and ethical skills got developed.
4. Conclusion: From the workshop it has been concluded that it is very crucial to follow all necessary responsibilities and in accordance
with this build up the knowledge of social and ethical awareness. The most important thing is to have a good level of communication
which can be applied in future companies.
