Introduction
The current assignment will explain how and why have project workshop activities
developed, ethical & social awareness and responsibility. The study is based on specific
portfolio in which 12 topics will be discussed.
Answer to the question
Through my lesson of learning I quite learn enough that help me to get my
future career strong. The development of social factor that help me communicate and build a
strong networking from other enhance my social development. This will help me to get better
communication skills that bring me confidence top connect with other towards group working
and make an effective working with my team in present and near future. It enhances my
behaviour towards others and to great other in equal manner without any judgments to them.
This development helps me in future that to work in big firm with adopting changes by
avoiding all discrimination (Glonti and et.al., 2020). The development of my interaction
between people help me to get the confidence to connect with and to work in smooth manner.
The working within a team and interaction with each other increase my ability to work even
more effectively and productivity of working is faster developed. It also helps to make my
project with smooth, manner as communication will be more effective from team and
professor. The networking is another development in my growth that will help me to build a
strong network that help me in my future career.
The ethical awareness is also developed with the workshop and during projects. This
ethical awareness builds a connection and motivate me to work with honesty and loyalty
without any unwanted methods including in my projects and work. The ethical consideration
which I learned is to protect the personal collated data for work. It is important for person to
keep the data safe and secure with protection from unwanted sources. This data include all of
information about personal life and professional life. Through work shops I learned that
protection of data is very much important to work with ethical consideration. The moral
values are very important for people to take into considering and make them more successful
people in industry (Camilleri, 2020). A successful leader is one which work with honesty and
hard working towards there work and following the ethical rules that makes survive for long
run. It also include the working under the personal rules that help to gain trust of others and
effective working can be done in future.
The responsibilities which I learned from the workshop is that I learned time
management in life. This help to complete my work with time and under pressure that help to

work even more productive. The cost management also I developed in some part which I
used to complete my projects within budget and utilization of money in proper manner. The
audit skills that help me to understand the loop holes of my development and to improve in a
manner also some responsibilities which I learned (Miettinen, 2020). The work pressure are
also measure under my responsibilities to complete project on time and enhance my
productivity level to work accordingly. Hence, this are some skills which I developed under
the workshop which help me to complete my work.
Value or usefulness of appendices that have compiled and provide as part
of portfolio
The provided appendices as key section of portfolio, is quite beneficial and useful for
individual person, because it made them capable to understand varied skills such as time
management, employability skill, and also provide chance to conduct persona skills audit,
which is really quite helpful to know more about themselves (Babiak and Baruník, 2020).
Conclusion
From this study, it has been identified that by developing academic writing, reflection
writing, communication and time management skills, and conducting social and ethical
practices, individual has gained a lot of success in their personal as well as professional
career.
