1. Introduction:
Mini workshop which were attended during graduation at university leads crucial role in the future employability of a learner, this is
because as a learner a student has to developed certain employability and academic skills which would support him/her in its future performance.
For the success after university mini-workshop act as the foundation principles in an individual life this is because one after getting insight about
the social and ethical responsibility can do its job role effectively and can plan for happiness and success in life and work
(Wang and et. al., 2019). Therefore, following report is general coverage of the preparation a learner at university for future success in order to
develop knowledge of the social and ethical responsibility.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility.
There is no doubt in mentioning that mini project workshop have impart huge role and importance into my employability and There is no
doubt in mentioning that mini project workshop have impart huge role and importance into my employability and learning about the ethical and
social responsibility which is next big thing in my skills development. In my early mini-workshop I attended and began with the personal
development plan which help me to identify and get through the skills I have and to find the need of developing new skills to support in future
employability while learning about the social and ethical responsibility (Coombe, 2020). After preparing and understood about the personal plan
and evaluate my certain skills for a better clarification I have began with the SWOT analysis in the next session which has help me to critically
evaluate my skills and my weaknesses not only in an interview but also in a my job during project workshop. Through SWOT analysis workshop
I have learned how to make clear through answers to the question about my weaknesses during an interview, this would cater great help me
because many interviewees found it complex to navigate (Fedorivna, and Fedorivna, 2019).
Beside that I have attended reading log workshop which support me great in the preparing and writing journal diary for my personal plan
development. Consequently to this I have learned the writing a precise and quality journal and cover letter which is great significance in a
employability while learning about the social and ethical responsibility. I remembered during project workshop we have developed photos or
