INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success, self development and responsibility can be understood as one of
the most important arena where students and individuals have to focus for developing stronger
perfection and wider functional synergy for gaining success in professional and academic
success. The report brings forward various functional paradigms for gaining analysis onto
wider working avenues where development is strongly focused by enhanced presentation
skills, new learning potentialities and wider technical progression which enables to yield on
new success parameters.
TASK 1
I have learnt various creative and innovative skills and learning potentialities where
professionally i have experienced that to be successful in higher life goals within objectives
completion parameters for obtaining success and wider plethora of success. I have understood
and analysed various factors of learning while working for the presentation with my team mates
that to achieve success, faster professional success and new working experience with larger
creativity there is vast demand for pertaining new synergy goals. There are various skills within
employability which enable individuals and professionals to experience vast horizons of working
with new referred creativity, keenly progressing new functional ethics and building vision for
faster cultural development into various arenas. I have learnt that communication skills written
and virtually are my strengths where information gained from experiences enabled me to validate
that vast communication skills enable to deliver strong growth and productive learning goals
within competitive goals (Chen, Lu and Gupta, 2017)
The information of how success is measured within individuals working career can be
understood by the way and paradigms where engagement of new working ideologies of
innovative learning enhances ones performance metrics and inspires with motivation to learn
new goals. Success is unique because of amalgamation of various skills mix where all
individuals are having diverse skill sets and talents where competitively i have to work onto my
weaknesses further for leveraging vast adoption of new ideas and developing identity
parameters. The new experiences learnt within project and presentation completion has been
widely interesting and vastly focused on the various communication skills within working in
groups and also functionally developing new metrics onto wider technical goals where strong
analytical skills, problem solving analytical skills are functionally required. The analysed

information has been widely essential to functionally grow onto vast domains and keenly
leverage onto new metrics, by potentially yielding onto new horizons and scope pertaining onto
new working avenues and stronger capabilities. Information delivered to me enabled me to
develop deeper interest for self development and enhancing my synergy for wondering new
functional approach of innovative mindset which enables to grow competitively and also
potentially learn faster working opportunities (Crawford and et.al., 2016)
While completing presentation i came across working experiences with various
teammates within my academic career onto where there are wider functional opportunities to
interact new ideas and also functionally enhance my keen interest for learning new horizons
within practical working determinants. There were various experiences and instances where i felt
weak at some skills such as analytical, numeracy learning and research skills within working for
presentation where there were vast working fundamentals to yearn onto and keenly developing
new research abilities. The project enabled me for gaining practical working experiences while
various functional arena where i am currently weak and also to develop faster learning synergy
by training from professors and teachers where academically vast functional getaways are there.
The presentation enabled me to gain confidence to grow within various parameters and
functionally develop new potentialities for innovative thinking and healing synergy of technical
progression within professional and academic career technically gaining various experiences
which will upheaval various scenarios for success. I faced difficulty fort researching accurate
true and reliable information within my presentation writing arenas where there were various
working competitive arenas required, i felt i need to learn this by gaining training from my
professors and also keenly progressing further for more technical goals (Crawford, Weber and
Lee, 2020)
By observing reflectively onto wider parameters within completing this project i faced
complications to work for various new research scale where analytical and working
management skills are required within new goals through which new scale development is
brought among professional success. I also learned within my Project writing that there are
various metrics for gaining access to various information and learning= factors within functional
training and practical working experiences onto wider goals, which will potentially yield onto
new working skills and vastly yield with innovation. There were instances where i felt little less
confident with wide range of complexity and new demands for gaining typical experiences
