The process of conducting the research is called the research methodology. There are

important part of the research. The success of the research is based on the use of tools to conduct
the research.
Data collection: There are two ways of data collection that are primary and secondary. Primary
method of data collection means the data is collected by the researcher and the data is first hand.
It is important to note that it is more time consuming as well as costly to use primary method of
data collection (Gladun, M. and Buchynska, D., 2017). It is seen that the ways to collect data
through primary data is face to face interview, questionnaire survey, observation. In this research
questionnaire is used to collect data. It is not possible to send the questionnaire to all the
employees so 50 employees are selected on random basis as sample. The link of goggle form is

already published articles, journals, textbooks, diaries, newspapers, and magazine. The data
collection is less time consuming. In this report literature review is done on the basis of
authenticated articles to gain valid results of the study. It is important to note that both primary
and secondary research is used for data collection in this report.
Research Methods: There are two of method to analyse the data that are qualitative and
quantitative. In quantitative research method there is use of statistical tools and numbers to
analyse the data (Heindl, M., 2019). It is easy to understand the data with the help of graphs and
pie chart that are understandable to the specialist as well as to the normal man. It will help to
analyse the data collected through primary source. The next is qualitative method in which there
is no use of numbers the information is analysed by the researcher. It is used to analyse the
secondary data.
