Brief Summary
The concept of gambling involves a cross cultural and a global procedure that encircles
around the wagering of money or assets of the monitory values. The addiction of the procedure
of gambling can be defined as the bio-psychosocial disorder that is mostly characterized by the
behavior including maladaptive patterns (Studer et al., 2016). The industry of gambling has
emerged as a prominent social and economic force with some of the significant effect on the
generation of the revenue and the creation of the job (Blinn-Pike, 2017). The youth of this
current generation tends to hold positive attitudes towards the rewards of gambling like the
context of relaxation, entertainment, financial benefits which actually holds a negative impact on
the health and the life of the individual. Throughout the years, many parts of the developing
world have been experiencing unprecedented increase in the participation of the activity of
gambling specially among the youths, who are the most vulnerable group of population among
the society. The assignments describes an detailed analysis and report on the rising concern of
gambling that has evolved as one of the major public health concern among the youths with the
help of survey questionnaire (Quintero, 2017). The following survey will be conducted among a
group of 10 young youths in the age of 11 to 18 years old in the country of Australia. The survey
questionnaire will include relevant demographic questions, questions regarding the beliefs,
attitudes and options regarding the ordinal responses on the survey participants, query over the
protective and the risk factors like the environmental, social, cultural, geographical and the
physical context. The participants will also be queried regarding their outcomes of the interest
and factors related to the official population from governmental agencies.

towards the practice of gambling. The addiction of the procedure of gambling can be defined as
the bio-psychosocial disorder that is mostly characterized by the behavior including maladaptive
patterns (Elga et al., 2018). The above questions and the survey includes the demographic
questions like asking about the age, the gender and the level of the degree or the qualification of
the participants together with the estimated household income and the composition of the
household. It furthermore illustrates the tendency of the participants towards making money in
shirt time and their engagement towards the possibility of gambling. The survey furthermore
queries the participants regarding their personal belief and attitudes towards the practice of
gambling and whether they have ever got influenced by their friends to engage in gambling
activity. With the help of the surveys related to the population health services and the
governmental agencies, some of the questions that are relevant are included in the above survey
