INTRODUCTION A university education inculcates not only academic knowledge in their students but also provide students with some important life lessons of how grades are not everything and how their choosing the ethical way of doing things, affects their actual growth as a person. An academic integrity refers to the responsibility of being honest, trustworthy, respectful and fair throughout the journey of a student. The students are taught about how an academic integrity benefits their career in the future and how plagiarism should completely be avoided in all of their assignments. All these teachings prevent the students from misconducting in the universities and plays a very important role in the student's life cycle. The report comprises a game designed for the cause of avoiding plagiarism and inducing academic integrity in the students of the universities (Eaton, 2021). Furthermore, the report also discusses the importance of integrity and required skills for designing the game. MAIN BODY TASK1- Game Design Spin and Win Game setting The game includes a use of spinning wheel which comprises 6 different colours; red, blue, pink yellow, green, orange and a pointer on it. The spinning wheel is fixed on a stool and one by one each member of the groups will have to come forward and spin the wheel. After rotating it, the pointer will stop on one colour and so will the member who came forward for the spinning, will have to pick a card from the stool of the same colour on which the pointer stopped. How to play The game demands four teams to be there at the time of playing and the teams should have 6 members each. Now the game involves coming forward of one member from each team every time when there is chance of spinning the wheel. Like the wheel, the cards placed on the stool will also be of the same colours and behind every card there is a question, which is to be addressed by the member playing the game and the answer should be addressed by choosing one option which will be written there only, below the question. For instance- A member of the team will have to come and spin the wheel and then, the colour on which the pointer stops, the member will have to pick the card of that colour and answer the question. 3
In case, the same colour comes again for the same team, then also the member will have to answer the question written on that card. Just the question will be changed. There will be MCQ based questions written on the back of the card Each member will have a 30 seconds countdown for answering Questions will be based on plagiarism and academic integrity No questions will be repeated A group that score the first 50 points will be the winner Negative marking for every wrong answer Passing of questions is completely restricted For every right answer the group will get five marks TASK2- Instructions of the game ď‚·The game demands four groups, encompassing 6 members each. ď‚·It involves coming forward of one member from each group for spinning the wheel. ď‚·The card colours are the same as the wheel fixed on the stool. Red, pink, green, yellow, orange and blue. ď‚·No repeated questions are there ď‚·MCQ based questions behind every card ď‚·Limited time for answering- 30 seconds ď‚·Group with first score of 50 will be the winner of the game ď‚·Negative marking for every wrong answer ď‚·5 marks for every right answer by the group members ď‚·Questions are based on the avoiding of plagiarism and academic integrity ď‚·Strict restriction for passing the questions Why academic integrity is necessary in University? Academic integrity is engaged with the concept of expecting the teachers, students, and all the other members who belong to the academic committee act with full honesty, respect, trust and responsibility during their work life (Gottardello and Karabag, 2022). This becomes a necessity in the universities as it allows the staff and students, freedom to build and come up with new ideas, creative works and knowledge while acknowledging and respecting the work of other people in the institution at the same time. The academic integrity adds values to the actual 4

time devoted in the years of getting the degree whereas the plagiarism and non- integrity will only demean its value (Cronan, Mullins and Douglas, 2018). Finishing the college with integrity builds an individual's personality for the future coming events as the learnings taken during the time of graduating years only prepares the students with the professional and creative knowledge that will be needed in every field a student goes to. Academic integrity boosts the intellectual power of the students and enables the students to come up with the unique sand creative ideas every time (Jamieson and Howard, 2019). The value for such people who think beyond the possible is great and are most valued in the environment. The new ideas brought up by the individuals let the person who is marking the work of the individual see the deep creative thinking and it also showcases a path from where this knowledge is build. Thus, its becomes very important for the people who wish to have a bright future and develop a creative personality. Skills used in designing of game Designing a game involves a good number of skills which are mandatory in order to design an appropriate game for a specific purpose. Here, various skills were needed by me to design this game and alongside the instructions mentioned above, I was able to design the game quite nicely and was able to complete it. Here are the following skills mentioned which are used by me for the designing of this specific game. Designing skills- The designing skills helped me out in presenting the game that I created in my mind. I used various applications and software in order to run my game and planned different colours and procedures that will make the students play with interest and will be easy to play. Creativity skills-With the help of these skills I was able to design the game, as the creative skills that I have, made me come up with this unique game and this unique idea of promoting the academic integrity and avoiding the use of plagiarism through this game (Akcaoglu and Green, 2019). Research skills-These are the most important skills that a person should have when it comes to the designing of games. Here while designing this game my research skills helped me a lot by giving the idea of actually what kind of games are available on the internet and what are the creative features that can be added in the game top make it look more interesting and how are they actually run (Saritepeci, 2020). All these data collected form the internet helped me to make this game a successful game. 5
Presentation skills-The presentation skills are concerned with the exact way of how the game appears to the students (Bateman, 2021). With the great presentation skills, I was first able to analyse how the game is going to look the best and then I presented the game in the most attractive manner that was possible. Problem- solving skills- These skills are highly required while designing a game as, a designer should analyse what all are the problems that can arise and what are the solutions in order to be already prepared for the future comings. Here in the game, I ascertain that the frequency of same colour coming again and again can result in a huge problem so for that I already addressed the solution as well. Thus, these skills play an important role in game designing. Questions Red card Q1-What is meant by academic integrity?
