INTRODUCTION
 Academic skills are meant by abilities and skills of individual students that facilitates in
succeeding in academic learning phase.
 For instance, these skills promotes efficient learning procedure of student in order to ensure
personal growth and development by acquiring knowledge and information.
 Presence of these skills and abilities facilitates learning process in an efficient manner.

Plagiarism and academic misconduct
 Plagiarism is meant by unethical practice of copying someone else's work or creative idea as one's
own work or creative idea.
 Academic misconduct is meant by any unfair or unethical practice initiated or attempted by
students in order to gain unfair academic advantage.

Game design
 The designing and development of game is taken into consideration in order to
minimise false practice of plagiarism being attempted by students in the learning
environment.
 For instance, the major aim behind design and development of this game is promoting
academic integrity in the students present in the particular institution.
 This game will include segmentation of individuals in teams comprised of particular
number of students in each team.
 these teams will be provided with 12 balls consist of 4 colours as Red, Blue, Green, and
Yellow.

Instructions for playing the game
 These activities will include one individual from each team competing together at once in order to
carry out these activities in various rounds.
 Furthermore, every individual from each team will be asked to pick up a ball of any colour which
will be associated with questions related to academic misconduct as well as academic integrity.
 Every right answer contributed by these participants will be provided with 10 points to the team
which will sum up in the end of all the rounds towards determination of winning and losing team.

Example of questions
(1) Which of the following practice of student will be considered as academic misconduct?
 Students using information and knowledge from original source with appropriate recognition
 Using information and knowledge from a primary source without allowing recognition and
reference to original source of information.

Importance of academic integrity
Importance of academic integrity lies in various factors and aspects which are as follows:
 Facilitating a fundamental approach to learning process
 Prevention of academic misconduct
 Clarity in ethical and unethical academic practices

Skills used in development of game
 Research skills: These skills facilitated me in acquiring knowledge and information of defined
concepts and elements associated with these concepts.
 Creativity: Creativity has played the most crucial role in design and development of this particular
game.
 Determined approach: This skill is meant by being determined at achievement of some desired
goals or objectives.

CONCLUSION
From the above assessment report it could be concluded that academic integrity plays a
crucial role in learning process of a student. In addition to that, it also creates a necessity of
preventing academic misconduct in order to promote productive learning environment.
Furthermore, it involves a game that will contribute in eliminating false and unethical
practices attempted by students in learning environment. It also includes a reflection over
skills that were required in order to design and develop this game.
