a university then they need to respect the laws and legislation of the place as
they need to work. The integrity in the university is very important as it
gives a workplace rules to work and it is important to have integrity at
university. It helps in providing the outcomes and control the failing of
student in subjects or assignment submission should not be delayed. Rules
and regulation makes' person more responsible and it is important for them
to develop the working and responsibilities make them get higher results.
Following of the rules and regulation help the student in staying focus and
allow them to create a better working in the university. it also gives better
result and improved in developed growth and performance in life objective.
According to Kalmpourtzis, G., (2019If the university does not follow the
academic integrity then it can lead to a lot of losses in the university and also
get a huge impact on the career of the student. The termination of the student
can also be done if the student does not follow the rules and regulation. Not
following the rules and regulation create a negative image of the student
which can further issue in there growth and results as there are conflict
which can be happened in the business and make this more impactful in the
university. It is mandatory or the student top follow the precautions and rules
so that they can make a good image in the market. Reputation are totally
connected with the way a person respond in business, it is crucial for them to
manage the working and also make others get good impact in market.
