In present era, people have different needs and wants who spend their most of time in
playing different games. There are indoor and outdoor games which which students take
participate and feels happy to work. Outdoor games typically may be played outside, or requires
a large play are. Indoor games involves variety of structured form of play that does not require
physical activity more. This involve video games, badminton, table tenis, cards and others which
influence the number of people and keep them mental fit. The video game industry involves
development, marketing, and monetization of video games. This contains dozen of job disciples
and its employed thousand of people worldwide. The whole report is based on video game
industry that involves various tools such as USB, RPG maker, Unreal development kit, and
others. This report covers theories that underpin medium, and contemporary precedents,
relationship between social, cultural, technological, and economical factors, contemporary video
game, and body of research that reflects the theory and practices of contemporary video games
development.

P1 Discuss the historic development of the video game industry
The history of video games started in the 1950s and 1960s as computer scientists who
design different games and simulation on mainframe computers. In early 1970s first computer
ready video game hardware has been introduced that can help to develop the understanding of
people provide them benefits. Low cost programmable micro processors replaced the discrete
electronic circuity of the early hardware and first ROM cartridge based home consoles arrived.
In changing environment people becoming more lazy and they develop their interest in playing
the video game that can help to spend their time easily.
It has been seen that in 1990s people shifted in major technology, where it introduced the
optical media via CD ROMs, and ability to perform real time polygonal 3D graphics from
further advancement in computer microprocessors. This technology has created a market
graphics cards, while Sony used both in its fledgling PlayStation console line, pushing Sega out
of console hardware market while diminishing Nintendo's role. In changing environment people
are using games on smart phone, tablets, computer, and other devices that can help to spend the
time properly and manage the good performance.

In other words, history of video game industry is relatively new field of business in which
business concern introduces different types of games as it was invented around mid 1950s. In
November 1972, PONG arcade game from ATARI came out. This can be explained as simple
tenis game along with graphic of two sticks as paddles and a square as ball. This develop the
understanding and skills of people as they participate in various games and give their
contribution to manage the working. Some video games are Pacman, Teris, PONG, Sims, super
Mario Bros, Halo, Final fantasy.

In games industry technology is changing regularly which develop the interest of people in
relation to playing new games and spending their time effectively. Innovation is explained as
new products and services which introduce by the business concern in order to operate their
business and attaining their competitive advantages. This is important for each industry to bring
the new innovation or technology that can help to develop the productivity and profitability of
game industry. Now people are becoming more health conscious who wants to be fit by playing
games so they select various games which can help to make feel them good and positively.
Following technology or innovation can be introduced in game industry such as:
Facial recognition: This is important technology that involves 3D scanning and facial
recognition which uses to create likeness in world of game. This transfer the expressions to
other digital creations. This involves Realsense TM 3D camera that allows developers to create
different video games.
Amazing graphics – This can be explained as innovative thinking in game industry that
is the longer way from the day of basic 8 bit graphic in gaming. This allows gamers to
experience games in fully rendered world with realistic photo textures. It helps to increase the
ability of individual in playing games with higher image quality that make feel good. If graphics
are relevant and good then it surely attracts the customer's mind and managing the good
performance.
Virtual Reality – This can be explained as simulated experience which is similar to or
completely different from the world. This can be applied in educational and entertainment
environment. In other words, VR is a computer technology to used to create the simulated
environment. The management should be analysis the new technology and task for customers
which can help to develop the business environment and provide competitive advantages.
