compared to constantly updating the
windows or MAC versions.
The immediate actions include that the
management should look into the matter
and pay the salaries on time. The long
term action includes that without failure
the management oversees to the fact that
are the funds are allocated on time.
The facility should provide a safe disposal
site with all the facilities so that infection
is not spread. The long term action might
include building of a separate disposal
site.
In order to increase the productivity, the
long term goals need to include the
establishment of a proper fie storage
system so that storage and searching
becomes easier. The immediate action
should be application of easy forms that
will be used to store and retrieve the
data.
For maintenance of safety of the records,
a proper system should be established
where it is not only the duty of the nurses
to safeguard the report.

Lack of the personal protective ware
such as the basic medical gloves and
overall coats. Due to this fact, they are
afraid to administer full medication on
the clients as they are in fear of
contracting the ailments.
Shortage of electricity has affected both
patients and nurses as without power,
the care facility’s machines cannot be
run neither to the patients in the
intensive care can be monitored
effectively.
Another hazard that is present in the
care facility is the issue of standing a
chance of being burnt down due to the
lack of the proper fire attention and
putting-off amenities in the facility.
Facility face lack of enough first aid kits
that are essential in the cases where a
patient is brought into the hospital while
under a serious injury or needing timely
first aid that is essential in saving the
persons’ life.
The long term interventions should
include making it compulsory for the
nurses to use the protective equipment.
Care should be taken by the
management so that the work place is
sterilised and clean. Maintenance of
hygiene is required.
In order to reduce shortage of electricity,
the facility should oversee that the
generators or battery sources are used
during power cuts. Solar power can also
be utilised to reduce electricity shortage.
Proper fire fighting equipment needs to
be present. For the long term goals the
fire extinguishing plan needs to be
developed and implemented.
The management should oversee that
proper care is taken in order to provide
the safety its. The long term plan might
be holding of training programs so that
the employees are aware of t7he safety
measures.
