Introduction
The change management based
activities of an organization are based
on various factors which include,
gender of the employees, culture and
diversity. The effectiveness of
leadership is also based on the ways by
which the organizational objectives can
be achieved (Amanchukwu, Stanley &
Ololube, 2015). The case study that has
been considered for this analysis is of
the Ritz Carlton Hotel which had
entered the Chinese market by taking
over Portman Shangri La.

The gender of the employees plays an
important role in the leadership based
activities.
The change management process of the
organization is also related to the
discrimination that is done by the
management of the organization.
The change implementation can decrease the
levels of discrimination (Balon, 2014).
For example, in case of the Ritz Carlton hotel
based case study the management had similar
behaviour to all the types if employees which
had further to led to the success of the
strategies that have been implemented and
reduction of attrition rate.
