Gender diversity is a wide topic which means and equalization of men and women in
every aspect may it be the workplace. The news also talks about the gender diversity in the
corporate boardrooms and the other areas are also traditionally dominated by men. The absolute
most basic industry territories that see a predominance in male representatives over female is in
figuring, designing, drug and science, space and engineering (Nature Index, 2018).
While the vast majority of us concur that so as to have a reasonable and equality in
workplace, an equivalent parity of people is required, more usually than not, this isn't the

thoughts are changing but at the slow pace. Due to the biasness of the selection committee the
world could not see women empowerment (BBC, Future, 2018).
