INTRODUCTION
Gender equality is also known as sexual equality of all the sexes. This is mainly defined as a
state of offering equal opportunities as well as resources to every individual irrespective of their
gender in which every individual have equal access of decision-making as well as economic
participation (Bourabain, 2021). Gender equality is playing most important role nowadays as it
helps in bringing cultural diversity and helps women, men, girls, boys and other gender to have
equal opportunities. It helps in shaping their life in a significant manner and allows them to
contribute in development of society. Present report is a conference that will be going to be held
at Holiday Inn London. This conference will discuss different type of objectives on the theme of
gender equality. In the report discussion will be conducted on the event cycle, the event research,
the feasibility study, event operation feasibility study and budget and industry trends and cultural
considerations. All these factors will help in fulfilling the objective of conference.

Overview of conference
An event on gender equality will be going to be held with an aim to ensure equality of men
women and other gender in organisational workplace structure around the world. This
conference involves certain objectives that aim towards exploring factors which is leading
towards gender equality and affect organisational performance. In addition to this in-depth
analysis will be conducting that helps in identifying and sharing knowledge on present theme.

A conference will be held under the Department of Women and Child Development. This
conference is on the theme “Advancing Gender Equality: The role and situation for gender
equality mechanisms in the context of COVID-19. In this, participants as well as speakers form
all around the world which includes industry experts and academics. These individuals will
undertake their part in this conference on the Speakers and participants from across the world
will take part in the event on the Holiday Inn, London.
