There are some families or people around the world who look, live and feel things differently. They focus on “make or break” for their girls and women when it comes to achieve their rights. They can be places of care, love and fulfilment as they are also having spaces where the rights of women are violated(Jordansson, 2017). As per the UN women’s flagship report, there has been the significant progress that seen among women in 2019-2020 as the families are changing their world in terms of access the overall reality of families in terms of sweeping the economy, demographic, political and social transformation. The worldwide plan recognises the importance of gender equality in empowering women to make informed decisions about their knowledge and health in order to seek and get the services they desire. Women and those who are discriminated against because of their gender identity or sexual orientation have unequal access to and utilisation of basic health services and other resources. Discrimination in health-care settings must be eliminated, and women and teenage girls must be aware of their rights and able to demand gender-sensitive services. Furthermore, supportive environments for gender equality are intimately related to improved health and socioeconomic outcomes. Effective execution of the global strategy needs an effective response to the unequal gender norms and significant actions in order to develop clear synergies and alignment across the other
sectors. Apart from that, government need to make education gender sensitive considering the progress for increasing the access to education for the enhancement about gender sensitivity of education considering making sure about the textbooks by promoting the positive stereotypes (Lewis, 2017). People alsoneed to provideproper valueto theworking of women by highlighting in the media considering in private sector and in communities. Let the women need to explore their skills and knowledge by exploring them as well considering the increased access to education. Further, government also need to take great move to enhance the number of girls considering the formal education by providing schools for girls in each and every district. Get women into the power by overcoming several systematic barriers to woman’s success that has been increased the participation by woman in local, regional and national legislations considering the change agents.
