INTRODUCTION
The term sustainable developmental goal are generally the blueprints in order to accomplish
a better as well as more sustainable future for all. The sustainable developmental goals can
specially address the global challenges that a person can face, consisting poverty, disparity,
alterations in climate, the degradation of environment, peace and justice as well. There are
mainly the 17 sustainable development goals in order to transform the world and in this, gender
equality is one of them (VOGT, (2019)). There is discussion about the SDG-5 which includes the
gender equality. This is the one that can include about the sustainable development that can
allow to achieve the goal where gender equality is also priority and should be taken in
consideration. The main aim of producing the sustainable development goal is to aid the combat
the urgent environmental, political as well as an economical difficulty that are facing the world
itself. It generally helps a person to ensure a better life for the present and future generations. In
this report, it will cover the key themes of Laudato Si as well as the effective principles of
Catholic Social Thoughts which can interact with the community such as international Women's
Developmental Agency.

Key theme of Laudato Si
This is the one which include about the effective practices that are associated with taking
care of speck of life which should be valued by God and should insure about the single creature.
This also includes the consumerism along with irresponsible development and are associated
with laments environment degradation which also includes the global warming. This is the one
which include the theme that world is wonderful place to live which can be destroyed through
the way of leaving (Cloutier et. al., (2021)). This is also needed to take care of effective and
include the fundamental change that includes the production and consumption. This is the one
through which individual is not able to take care of the world which should include better and
effective response towards the way of living. This includes the irresponsible development. This
can also include better and effective response towards the world which are effective and can
include better implementation of service through which it may help in taking care of world to life
(Booth et. al., (2019)). Through applying the sustainable development that can be effective and
have better response towards effective care of the world to life in more effective way. Here, SDG

5 includes the Sustainable Development Goal 5 which are concern with the gender equality. This
is an effective way that can allow to get better and effective response towards the goal to provide
better world to live women effectively in this world (Burgess et. al., (2018)). There is need to
follow the goal where gender equality can also be helpful in providing better and effective
response that are associated with providing better response and can include better public and
private sphere to provide equal rights to women in the economic resources. Here, through
applying this SDG 5, it can allow to make the world more beautiful and allow every gender to
live effectively without any type of decimation and should perform different activity without
getting any type of issue (Figuera et. al., (2021)).
Principle of Catholic Social Thought
The catholic social thoughts are generally a branch of the moral theology, can address the
most contemporary problems within the economic, political as well as the cultural aspects of the
communities. In this, there are generally the three cornerstone of the catholic social thoughts
which can involve the principles of the human dignity, subsidiarity and solidarity as well. It is
generally the foundation on which to form a person's conscience to effectively evaluate the
framework of the community as well as is generally the catholic criteria for the prudential
judgements as well as the directions within the improving current policy making (Breen et. al.,
(2020)). In context with gender equality, the gender and sex roles within the Roman Catholic
Church is generally have been subject of controversy over entire the history of church. In this,
the cultural impacts of the Catholic church have been broad, mainly over the western community
as well. In addition to this, the concepts of Christian generally introduced into an evangelized
community across nation by the church, generally had a specific influence over the founded
concepts of cultural like sex and gender roles (Baruchello, (2020)). In this, the human sacrifice,
slavery, infanticides as well as the polygamy practices by the specific cultures like those of the
Roman Empire, Europe, and the parts of Africa can come to a termination point via the church
evangelize efforts (Guerra et. al., (2021)). In this, the catholic church can significantly teach that
every humanity is equal, as all of the humanity was produced in the image as well as similarity
of the god. No one race or sex can be above to another one. Furthermore, the Catechism of the
catholic church can state clearly that both women and men were specifically made an equal in
the eyes of god, and that the women and men can complement one other. In order to be equal

that does not mean that all are same, to be same generally means that having same rights as well
as the nature as other people have (Chalupnicek, (2021)).
The Christianity can significantly influence the status of the women in an evangelized
culture such as the Roman Empire by condemning the infanticides that is women infanticide was
more similar, incest, divorce, marital infidelity and polygamy of both the women and men. In
addition to this, the sexual practices of these such cultures were mainly influenced by the
Christian concept of female and male equality. In the sexual act, as per the church, is sacred
among the context of the marital relationships which can mirror a whole as well as lifelong

(Maskulak, (2022)). Furthermore, one which can precludes the polygamy as well as concubinage
common to the cultures earlier the reaching of Christianity. In this, the gender equality such as

International Women development agency (IWDA)
IWDA refers to the leading Australian agency which are having focus on the entirely
women’s rights along with gender equality. This can lead to create better service delivery in
order to provide better and effective response towards the international, feminist along with
independent. This can have better impact on delivery of better and effective response towards the
equality within men and women which should have equal rights to get better care toward the
delivery of better response through providing equality (Watson et. al., (2021)). This is the
organisation which have the focus to provide better and effective response towards the better
impact that are associated with gender equality. Through this organisation, it all to create
awareness and work to reduce the gender inequality and ensure about the gender equality. This is
the organisation which include their role through working more than 35 years for defending and
advancing rights of diverse girls and women. This allow to focus on the gender equality through
development in the organisation which can help to form deep and long-lasting relationship

through network of women’s rights organisation. This organisation also includes the feminist
movements through knowledge, advocacy along with translation. This organisation also
promotes systemic change in the gender equality (Rawsthorne, (2019)). This organisation
contributes to resilient along with feminist movement which are primary area of leadership,
power and civic spaces.
This is the one which can be effective and play an important role in dealing with the
effective response towards delivery of effective care and ensure about providing better care and
support that are associated with taking care of the world where there should not be any type of
discrimination that are associated with providing effective response (Rana et. al., (2018)). There
is need to ensure about taking care of better and effective response towards the proving better
gender equality to women. This can be effective and help in performing high quality safety and
opportunity to work on providing better equality to women that are associated with taking care of
better improvement through applying the sustainable development goal (Grunow, (2019)). Here,
IWDA include the project which devised and managed by women and perform work on the
communities themselves and have innovative response which are most critical issues that are
facing by them. They are the one who fight on three different areas for the women rights which
may include civil and political participation, safety and security and empowerment and
sustainable development (Girard et. al., (2021)). This agency also includes in the support of
individual deprivation measure research within poverty. These are some of the function and area
where IWDA includes better and effective response toward taking care of effective role in
performing well and help in ensuring about the equal right of women within world. Through this,
they also provide better opportunity that can be effective in empowerment and allow to
participate in different functions. This can also include better and effective role that can also
improve better and effective environment where women can get and achieve equal rights without
any type of discrimination (Ghodsee, (2019).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that there is need to ensure about the
sustainable development goal that should be associated with taking care of effective response
and allow to provide better equality to women. In this, there is discussion about the different role
of organisation and agency that are involved in the providing better opportunity to women and
equal rights that can help in getting better care and support to ensure about making world better

to live. There is also discussion about the key themes of Laudato Si along with principle of
Catholic social thought. This also includes the International Women development agency that
work in providing equal right to women.
