defined as average remuneration earned
by men and women who are working in
an organisation.

pay gap

advertisement company WPP, founded
by Sir Martin Sorrel. He posted a gender
pay gap of 23.8%. It was less than half
of company's previous mean which was
pay gap of 48.6%.
