MAIN BODY Grasp of Team Argument Argument of team A Group A is arguing in the favour of ending gender pay difference does require an alteration of the economical purpose of business in society. By supporting the argument according to the group, gender inequality pays major role in modification of economical goal of business. The gender equability supports the woman and empower them to lead the market equally. Due to difference between the genders, it brings violence towards both genders. The organization are supposed to hire the people on the bases of skills and knowledge rather than gender which means the requirement process should be altered. The members put a viewpoint to encourage woman only to deal with customers(Kalev, and Deutsch, 2018).The operational work is not assigned to the males only but to the female workers too which increase the productivity of the organization. management. On the point of views of team, an organization can increase the working hours of women and provide the same workload to males and females equally. The special treatment should not have delivered to any of gender. On the point of views of team, an organization can increase the working hours of women and provide same workload to males and females equally. Special treatment should not be allocated for any gender at all so that both genders contribute in productivity with equal capability. This will give assistance in increasing the positive culture within the organization to enhance the brand value in the marketplace or it will attract more customer toward the firms. Argument of team B Team B is against the transformation of economical purposes of business’ in society in order to end the gender equality. According to the members of the team there is no requirement of modification. The opposer of team Amade a statement that as time changes the people will adjust within the forthcoming year so why should invest capital in the transformation. Moreover, it is good to invest on the assets of the organization. The organization or the business enterprises should provide support to women and encourage women by delivering flexible working hours as the women manage their jobs and household work together. Delivering extra attention to the women is not wrong it will give assistance in building reputation in the market. As everyone has capabilityofconvincingandattractingcustomerswhichgivebenefitstocompanyso transformation is not important. The hiring and recruitment does not need to alter because of equity gap(Kartolo, and Kwantes, 2019). The scheme or the plans of action of the production company does not need to change because it very important to deliver equal workload to every person. The salary or remuneration of male workers of the company should be higher because they give extra working hours and workload. Almost every company treat the employees on the basis of personal skills. The culture of the organization will be same because it delivers high positivity in surrounding to increase the scale of productivity. The performance reviews process do not need to transform as working people of the organization able to manage their working life balance.Inordertoendthegenderequality,wecannottaketheirhumanrights.The transformation will not provide concern on safety and security to the women which result in hesitation in doing work in the environment and increase unemployment. The team members discuss the future analysis which says that empowering woman will increase the GDP by exactly 2
11 percent. Transformational activity will bring down the productivity of the organization, hence we should not support transformation. The modification can acquire some risk of less profit in the future for the company as people give support to the female. Identification of Fallacies Team A The weak point of team A is that they focus on the equal rights mainly and question the performance of woman. The members of team supposed to be more confident, so they can attract the attention of the judge in effective manner. Squad team A can perform better by maintaining patience while the other member addressing any statement. Theyneed to work on the impulsive nature so the point of view will be rigid. Team B Team B performed well, but they have capability to be more cooperative and coordinative with the members. Like when one member is addressing any point in front of opponents the other member should encourage the individual person which give more confidence. Squad B have probability to give more statement in order to give tough competition. The members of the group B mentions the specific data which took place in the future. Whereas the member should mention the approx data because individual cannot give surety of what coming in the future. The research should be proper and the statement will be based on the current facts. Justification of The Scores The members of the team A are putting instant question one by one. For instance, they raise very important question that why organization supposed to pay Higher amount to them as compared to men when they are delivering same skills and services to the firm. The members of the team A are working in the coordination and cooperate with each other like when one member is speaking then other one is listening carefully. The squad A gives valid point for the transformation is important to increase to productivity. Member of team A putting back-to-back 3
question that work as the strength for team. The impassive point of the team B is that the company continue to support the woman in order to catch the eyes of customers and focuses on social issue to seek the emotional attention of the organization to increase the productivity of the organization. In the statement made by team B that is men give extra workings hours to organization is invalid point because the working hours of the workers in pre decide and if they are giving extra hours it means they are taking extra benefits too. As per team BThat is very good point that woman handle personal as well as household life together, but man also manage their families and cooperative life together (Kulich, and Chipeaux,2019. In this context the team A replied that the organization can alter the innovative technology to provide the security to the woman and men together why only one person gets the safety and security. So, the member of team B raise a voice that it will increase the maintenance expense. Team A answer that Yes it required capital but not much it is one-time investment but beneficial for the rest of time period. Feedback on the performance and room of improvement The B members are supposed to more inspirational by listing all the arguments. The members of team A supposed to build confidence by supporting or encouraging everyone. They can acknowledge themselves by making more research and clearing the doubts with the leaders if having any sort of confusion. The members of team A should focus on topic transformation and make statement more clear and effective, so they can connect the point in adequate manner. For the further improvement they have possibility to give justification after mentioning any sort of statement. The team B members should concentrate what the others are trying to express by examine the point the opponents are mentioning. The member should make practice and prepare themselves before making statement. For the area of the improvement the members have chance to develop mindset for the justification. Fairness and consistency in judging Team A is more deserving as they are making or raising lots of questions and performing well in the debate. The outcome of the debate is that yes the transformation is required. The presentation of team A Criteria is better than Team B. As per the team A member feels that in 4

order to end the gender pay game the organization modify the opportunity criteria and encourage the male and females equally. According to the team A transformation in culture is very important as the woman are not depended on any male, or they are self-dependent then why the special treatment allotted to them(Press.Tak, Correll, and Soule,2019). That's very important point made by the members of team B that hiring is done on the bases off skills not on gender everyone is capable of doing work because they choose their field by their own choice. The men are also insecure in the modern era, and they are humans and every person living on the planets have equal rights. CONCLUSION From the above report it will be concluded that some transformation is required in the business to achieve the economic goals in society. In a cooperative society gender doesn't matter all matter is what the skills and knowledge individual is having to deliver the productivity in the marketplace(Ridgeway, 2014). Furthermore, also highlights the role-played by the members of the team in the activity and enhance the knowledge. 5
