Tesco being the well-known retail organization had faced the issue of the
gender pay recent in 2021 when it was found out in certain reports that is
total to 19%. Also, the female employees within the organization feels that
there is not proper salary system developed within the firm and there is
huge pay gap that need to be addressed to ensure equality within the firm.
Also, it can be said that ethics play very important role in any kind of
negotiations and in context of Tesco it can be said that for gender pay issue
it would assure that conversation that are done with female employees and
supervisors are done with fairness, equity and honesty so that best positive
solutions are developed in the end.
Furthermore, it assures both the parties in the bad negotiations will always
lead to behave unethically that is not good for organization success in long
run.

The company leader is mainly responsible as for coordinating the different departments as for coordinating all the
schedules with ensuring all the task for achieving the daily and weekly goals.
As per the (Ohler and Delreux, 2021) Leader using the emotional intelligence in negotiation as by identifying and
harnessing the emotions as for solving the issues in the company.
The leader is mainly identifying the interest and help in better negotiating as for solving the issue faced in the
company as of the gender gap also with solving this issues helped in better negotiating and building trust.
This helps in understanding the issue faced by the employees while solving the gender pay gap of female in the
Tesco.
Thus, leader of Tesco play important role in negotiating as for solving the issues faced by the company employees.
This induced the employees by hearing their voice and encouraging participation with understanding the issue faced
by the employees with identifying and understanding their feelings as for satisfying and for achieving the achieving
the organisational goal.
