INTRODUCTION
Genocide is considered as the event in crime is committed with the intention to destroy
with some part of national of racial element. This is stated that genocide is regarded as one of the
biggest criminal act in which mass people are killed (McKee, Attaran and Lindert, 2022). In the
current time war of Ukraine was declared as genocide which was acted by Russia to the people
of Ukraine irrespective of their race or religion. The current article is related with highlighting
the position of Ukraine and Russia during the situation of genocide. The current report will also
include perception of the writer in terms of the genocide so that to identify clear judgement.
ESSAY
Genocide is one of the hardest criminal activity which is related with giving harm to the
people those are part of some racial group, ethnicity or other element. In the recent time the
emerging news was seen all over the channel of communication that Russia is committing
genocide in which mass people are being killed irrespective of their group but due to the reason
that they are citizen of Ukraine. The brutal character of Russia was seen by all the global nations
in which Russia is having motive to rule Ukraine (Sayapin, 2018). This was the plan of Russia
that they wanted to get quick victory with minimal resistance of people so that they can acquire
the territory without any interruptions. Civilians were targetted across the Ukraine by missiles
and bombs thrown by Russia which resulted Russia to face the criticism of Genocide. In order to
get easy success the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have sent more officers to
Ukraine so that investigation may take place in respect of war which is taking place against
humanity. RCMP has claimed that with the help of using power of available in the Act officials
immigration may take place so that the people those are willing to immigrate may take their
decisions immediately (Salkiewicz-Munnerlyn and Zylka, 2022). Investigator are looking
forward to prevent people from getting involved in crime so that Canada have passed orders so
that to retain citizenship status of their people.
In 2009, Désiré Munyaneza became the first person to be convicted under the Crimes
Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. The Canada's PM has launched different laws in order
to minimise and prevent this harm so that crime against humanity and genocide can be stopped.

partnership between department of justice, RCMP and border service agency so that process of
immigration can be made easier (Rudling, 2020). The collected information can be used in order
to provide real allegations and to collect such evidence which may prove culprit as guilty. This is
essential for RCMP that to preserve such information so that future prosecutions can be made
and at the same time real scenarios can be identified.
Russia is becoming member of NATO so that to launch invasion and to manage the
condition of their nation (Whitehorn, 2018). Canada is considered as the nation which is having
higher opportunities for success and at the same time the person who is entering Canada from
Ukraine the country has launched different agencies so that useful information can be taken out.
These agencies will acquire such information which are useful for restraining crimes against
humanity. These crime war programs are designed in such a manner that people may feel safe at
their nations so that accountability for such conducts can be made. He RCMP is launching their
website so that Ukrainians may share information those are witness for Russia and Ukraine
attack (Goldenziel, 2022). These information will be collected in order to acquire information
related with the war crime and to make different records. Officials have said that information
related with the crime should be collected so that assistance to different groups residing in
Ukraine can be given. Officials have also said that the information should be collected in such
manner that with the help of these crucial elements and information related with crimes can be
collected. These information can be used in order to protect future crimes so that future crimes
can be prevented (Grossman, 2021). Officials have said that these information would be used for
the purpose of assisting international criminal court in which falsification of claims can be
minimised. Canada will ensure regarding penetrating war situations so that Canada police may
take accountability.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion this can be concluded that Genocide is considered as the event
in which mass killing may take place which are irrespective of their religion but on the basis on

helpful in managing criminal activities so that in future such activities can be prevented. The

information about possible war crimes they have witnessed during Russia's attack. This
investigation will acquire such documents and evidences so that the situation can be analysed in
more effective manner along with taking appropriate conclusion can be drawn.
