The description focuses on my response towards the achieved score in GET2 test’. In the
discussion, I have explained the reasons for achieving an intermediate score. Further, I will
provide you with an insight of my past work life experiences. It will depict the amount of
entrepreneurship skills attained by me.
It is prepared to show my viewpoint for achieving a score of 50% in GET2 test (Get2test,
2019). I have developed a feeling that there is a need for achievement as my score is not
satisfactory for me. Despite achieving an intermediate score, I think that I possess reasonable
qualities to start and mange projects. Through this discussion, I want to show my active
response towards the attained score. In order to clearly state my viewpoint, use of Gibbs
model is adopted.
After evaluating the get2result, I have assessed that I attain a high orientation towards my
future as I have changed my career from a comfort zone. In order to enhance my skills and
understanding, I have opted for a challenging job. I lay prior attention towards building a
successful career. Therefore, I have chosen a MBA course. This is because it will assist me in
gaining adequate experience and knowledge about the corporate sector. I have high reliance
on my ability as I am using my experience and gained knowledge. I believe that I am
optimistic person because I perceive failure as a part of success. I consider that failure helps
me in enhancing my learning and assists me in improving myself. Despite accusing myself
for failure, I try to build up my morale and work for better future result. Previously, I attain a
strong task orientation. However, due to high job insecurity am slowly lacking in this aspect.
With your concern with time management, I agree that I had to improve in this area.
Therefore, I have initiated working for achieving better time management skill. Similarly, I
agree with your point that I have to improve for attaining better orientation for the result.
Considering restlessness, strong drive, and high energy level, I think that I am in a high need
for these. Therefore, I usually ignore taking stress and pressure. This is because it will affect
me as well as my family. Thus, I avoid such practices as I prioritize my health and family.
Being opinionated and defending your ideas and views is not a right thing. I need to adopt
these aspects in my behavioural pattern, as I do not like any sort of controversies. Therefore, I
usually avoid unsuspected questions. I attain high determination and I usually ensure that my
goals and objectives are met even at difficult and adverse situation. At such situation, I try to
calm and motivate myself. These two practices assist me to focus on my goal. Previously,
despite having adverse situations I have successfully attained my set goals. I have come

across various individuals that are highly focused towards their set objectives. However, due
to lack of persistence in hardwork they have lacked in fulfilling their aim. I have taken a
lesson from them and from then onwards I am persistence in perusing my aims. I also take
responsibility for my actions and it directly contributes to my personality making me a
responsible individual. I believe that an individual should be goal oriented and he/she must
pass small challenges to fulfil realistic goals. Similarly, I am highly goal-oriented person
similar as an entrepreneur (Baum et al., 2014). However, I face bigger challenges as
sometimes my goals do not match the reality. Thus, I have to improve in this area by setting
only realistic goals. I show a high willingness to work. I rarely chose to work long hours, as I
do not want to develop it as a habit.
Thus, one of the major reasons for achieving a medium score is that I gave high consideration
to my family and physical and mental health. Being content in these areas makes me perform
my work better. Thus, it clearly states that I have achieved work and life balance.
Considering autonomy, I agree that I like to work independently to avoid any sort of
interruption in my plan. Nevertheless, I also prefer working in teams as I give me a chance to
learn new things. Additionally, it lowers the risk as the decision is taken by considering the
opinion. However, I am content that I am doing the work I prefer.
As per the high score on Creative tendency, I agree that I am individual with strong creative
tendencies. However, due to my experience and past failures I am not a position to take any
form of risk associated with my work. Previously, I had a small business of ‘Electrical and
fitting material’. For three years, it was running well. However, due to uninspected changes
in the regulation, it was failed. Because of business failure, I have to acknowledge heavy
financial crises. It had developed a fear in me to initiate a new business. At present, I cannot
take business as I have high responsibilities towards my expanded family.
According to the low score attained in Risk taking, I agree that I have less preference for
taking business risk. This is because of high family responsibilities and few personal
resources. I approve with your point of accepting calculated risk at later phase in life.
Because risk forms the part of business success for an entrepreneur (Delgado et al., 2010).
Focusing on the marking of locus of control, I have achieved a low score. I agree with your
response that I chose to be more in comfort zone. As per your view, I accept that I believe in
fate and luck has a major role in my life. However, I also perform hard work as I consider it
