INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflective model is kind of framework which can help an individual to reflect their experience
of the learning acquire by them in their past. In this model their are several stages such as
description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan which can help a person to
examine the pros and cons of feel by them after taking a part in a program (Gibbs, 2019).
Gibbs Reflective Cycle
Gibbs can be used to describe the experience as it is reflective cycle that helps an individual
in learning from its past experiences:-
Description: It's important to maintain the sustainability of my organization so that I can
effectively maintain profitability. Various systems are installed in the organization to reduce the
effects of environmental pollution. All employees are effectively contributing to the installation of
equipment and machinery. Success is one of the most important factors that everyone wants to
achieve in life. While studying, I had the opportunity to work in a group presentation. My teacher
and instructor gave me the job of working with a group of 3 to 4 people in the same group. I have
dealt with these people who have different knowledge, skills and abilities. As I was working on a
task, I realized that I needed skills, abilities, and awareness to help me complete the task effectively.
When I tried this job, I learned the value of academic and professional skills in my personal life.
Such skills mean the desired abilities and skills needed to develop a career in the chosen direction.
Developing and improving these skills will further help me open the door to success in my
professional life (Farrell and Markman, 2021).
Feelings: It was great that the organisation had installed machines to improve services. I
was pleased that we were able to meet our objectives. It increases the profitability of an
organisation by improving the efficiency of its operations. Employees contribute their efforts,
resulting in the highest level of satisfaction. These abilities include analytical skills, critical thinking
skills, teamwork skills, presentation skills, communication skills (verbal and nonverbal), problem-
solving skills, leadership skills, and a variety of other employable skills that can help you get a
better job. Doing a group presentation allowed me to concentrate on the most important aspects of
the work, resulting in a positive and favourable outcome. I've discovered that attempting a group
presentation necessitates the collaboration, organisation, and motivation of every group member.
This group presentation was focused on the elaboration of numerous talents and abilities that are
required for a person's professional and personal development. While putting this presentation

together, I realised how important it is to succeed. A person must be able to do better and harder in
order to achieve the intended achievements and outcomes. And, in order to succeed, they must be
capable of performing their duties. It necessitates the possession of a variety of skills and
information, as explained in the presentation.
Evaluation: It has been determined that businesses should pursue solutions that assist them
in lowering pollution. I have contributed to the achievement of goals, which is the best decision we
have taken. The project went through without a glitch, allowing us to maintain a safe and healthy
environment for all living things. Communication skills enable a person to effectively share
their thoughts, ideas, and opinions with others. The communication must be clear and precise in
order for the other person to understand it. There are two sorts of communication skills: oral and
written. As a result of completing this task, I have gained a better understanding of the importance
of efficient communication. I needed solid communication skills because I worked in a group and
needed to share and convey my message or information to others. I realised I needed to enhance this
skill because I occasionally fail to communicate properly and others are unable to understand the
true meaning of my perceptions. I also realised the importance of reading comprehension in
achieving life success. Reading various types of knowledge from books, magazines, and
newspapers will assist me in expanding my basic knowledge on a variety of themes. This will assist
me in completing allocated tasks and jobs in the most efficient manner possible. Although, because
there are so many books and articles on the market. I couldn't figure out which method worked best
for me. I need to look into things like what languages are utilised in the books, what terms and
vocabulary are used in the books, and other elements that aid in knowledge development. In this
class, I was very interested in learning about presentation skills. Making a decent presentation, I
believe, necessitates a certain amount of imagination in order to exhibit or express information in
the most beautiful and appealing manner possible (Song, Huang and Huang, 2019).
Analysis: I've determined that organisational sustainability is a critical idea to examine. I
determined that the organisation should carry out its operations in a long-term manner. The basic
goal is to attain market suitability. This will assist in achieving future growth in a systematic
manner. There are a number of fresh chances that could be exploited. This will also boost the
market's profitability. I've determined that the key component that has to be improved in a
significant way is the difficulties. Having effective presentation abilities means that the important
material should be outlined in a concise and precise manner, with some illustrations, graphs, and
figures to demonstrate to the audience with appropriate explanation. Knowing about stress
management was absolutely new to me because I had never heard of it before. I had no idea how to
deal with and control my emotions, worry, and anxiety. When I am unable to complete my

assignment or when conflicts arise between myself and my team members during a presentation, I
become increasingly frustrated. It also had an impact on my entire group presentation and, as a
result, on the task's success. Understanding this concept was crucial for me since it will allow me to
better manage and control my feelings toward others. Rather of being busted or worried out, I need
to focus on my failings. I'll try to apply what I've learned about handling stress and tension in the
workplace, whether I'm working alone or in a group.

 Communication skills: This demonstrates the capacity to interact successfully with co-
workers, bosses, and other team members. Improving this area will enable me to properly
communicate a message or information to another person, as well as comprehend what is
stated to me. Because there are so many words, phrases, and languages used by others,
learning it may take a lifetime.
Problem-solving skills: This skill refers to the ability to analyse complex and difficult events and

then turn them into chances for growth and development. Improving this talent will allow me to
better understand the causes of difficulties and challenges that have arisen in front of me, as well as
how to address them. It also assists me in evaluating many alternatives and selecting the most
appropriate one to tackle the problem (Counihan, 2019)
 Presentation skills: In order to effectively communicate the information in front of the
audience, I need to improve my presentation skills. Presentation abilities also necessitate the
ability to confidently present work in front of an audience. I need to prepare myself to
effectively respond to the audience's queries, and I need to learn how to speak in public,
especially in large groups. I should be able to manage my time when giving a presentation,
use body language effectively, and choose appropriate presentation materials such as
background colour, graphs, figures, photos, or data. It also aids me in delivering the correct
message in the most appealing manner in my professional life.
CONCLUSION
The project provided opportunities to learn about numerous aspects of sustainability and
pollution control. I've come to the conclusion that organisations should consider the concept of
sustainability when generating productivity in their employees' actions. To make the firm more
sustainable, the company can implement numerous activities such as starting recycling at work,
encouraging green communities, and forming a sustainability committee. There will be countless
moments in the workplace where I will be disappointed or fail, but this knowledge will help me
focus and correct my errors so that a better outcome may be produced. Last but not least, this
group's presentation included problem-solving and critical thinking. I had some concerns about it
since I couldn't figure out how to deal with difficult situations or work because every situation,
problem, or task is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to every problem. Critical
thinking is required in order for an individual to thoroughly analyse a situation, apply knowledge to
it, and arrive at the best option to fix it. I believe this is the most important area in which I need to
focus and build my ability to critically analyse circumstances in order to find the best solution. To
achieve the desired success in my life, I will create an action plan for my profession and track the
areas where I need to improve and progress.
