INTRODUCTIONA reflection is an opportunity in order to reconsider events, thoughts and feelings from afresh perspective. There are many blog post which are return in this style. Reflection is theopinion of own personality. In this present report, Gibb's model will be use in order to reflect thepersonal experience on an incidence in a classroom. In addition to this, Kolb model will also usein order to reflect the personal experience and knowledge obtained during the semester. The bestthink about writing reflection is that it is a pleasure to share the experience among others. MAIN BODYTASK 1 AGibb's reflective model is one the best model which help to write the personalexperience and knowledge. It is one of the popular model of reflection. This model wasdeveloped by Graham Gibbs in 1988. There are six main stages which are included in this modelwhich are Description, Feelings, Evaluation, Conclusion and Action. This model is very helpfulfor helping people learn from situation that they are experienced continuously especially whenthese don't go well (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). I also used this model in order todescribe my experience in classroom conflict between me and my another student. I have usedifferent six stages of the model which helps to describe the entire incident happens with me. DescriptionThe incident which I am going to describe is type of situation which generally seen atmany places. During the 2nd week of semester a conflict was begun between two students in classover a senseless and a very small thing that should be resolved easily. It the time of morningwhen he entered in the classroom where no seat is vacant for him in the classroom. Then, hehave searches a vacant chair to seat and he find an empty chair just behind another student forthat he had asked kindly that- Can I seat next to you???... He asked very politely to him but Hereplied me in very bad manner and he said I am holding this chair for my colleagues. At thattime, he say nothing and leave the classroom immediately and he got chair from anotherclassroom. As he had made my way back into the classroom he could hear the another studentmuttering something under their breath so he asked them why they are muttering and passingcomment on him. Student was continuously passing arguments, He don't know why anotherstudent is passing comments on him but when he told him that please say on my face not on my1
