Girls Education International is focused is a volunteer-run
organization that is focused on creating educational opportunities
for the girls and women from the rural and underprivileged regions
of Tanzania, which is a nation in East Africa and rural regions of
Pakistan (Girlsed.org, 2019). The organization collaborates funds
and efforts from a wide-range of volunteer participations,
assistance from not-for-profit organization and non-governmental
organizations. The organization believe on the aim of developing a
country by improving the educational opportunities for girls and
women (Girlsed.org, 2019).
• Empowers girls and women by offering educational
opportunities (Psacharopoulos & Patrinos, 2018).
• Constructing the understanding regarding the significance of
education for the underprivileged girls and women who are
detached from educational rights or provision (Savani, Rattan
& Dweck, 2017).
• Spreads common good by providing the opportunity for
supporting a single girl or women in regards with educational

• Redefines opportunity by offering a chance to develop (Young,
2016).
My Professional Contribution
Funds are not the only source of assistance for organizations
like Girls Educational International. Volunteering to change
the life of a person or a group requires focused efforts,
determination and networks. Being a marketing
professional, I can contribute to Girls Education International
by:
 Spreading awareness about the projects of common
good by using communication medium
 Supporting the projects of Girls Education International
by selecting digital media platform for the purpose of
involving mass population in the process of establishing
educational equality (Young, 2016).
 Conducting volunteer stimulation programs in social
media platforms and incorporating event marketing.
 Conducting survey in the rural regions of various
nations for identifying the concerns of women
 Implementing effective word-of-mouth strategies
 Reducing communication barriers between the internal
and external stakeholders for project expansion.
