based, combined energy and chemical company. The company
was established in Sasolburg during 19750s. The company
deals in commercializing technologies and developing

electricity and chemicals.

 Sasol, a company that comes from a gas and oil based industry has globalized
itself in 12 countries and is even planning to expand more. Later are discussed
the challenges that are faced by the company due to globalization and
recommendations which provide a way to overcome the challenges.
