With rise inglobalisation, companies are expanding their business globally for increasing profit andsustainability in market. The main objective of global business environment are to increasegrowth, development and satisfaction of employees, providing quality goods and service toconsumers. In order to run in global market, strategy should be formulated in terms of offeringchoices to new consumers, facilitates mobility of capital, labour and technology and reallocatingresources. The given assignment is based on CAMECO which was founded in 1988 at SouthAfrica. It is chemical based and fast growing energy company and expanded business intoCanada, Australia, Gabon, Mozambique. It is considered as second largest uranium producerwhich is 18% of world production. This report covers various factors of globalisation whichimpact business and strategic complexities associated with operating in global environment.
