Globalisation is the process of interaction and
integration among people, companies and governments
worldwide. Actually, it is the process by which
businesses or other entities develop international
influences or start operating on an international trade.
Globalisation has played a necessary role in cultural,
social, political and social dimensions

Driving factors of globalisation
Cost: This is one of necessary factor, which every business firm
considers in their firm's regulation or while they are trading on
global platform.
Market: This is a common factor, which is responsible for future
growth of business firm. In energy sector, where market use to
fluctuate with entrants of new business or ineffectiveness.

Environment: Business environment is the major challenge,
because of wide functioning or structure made in energy
sector. CAMECO deals with various business entity, who
are deals in same sector to generate strategic alliances, if
they wants to raise higher productivity or profit generation.
Competition: This is an necessary factor, which is important to
control flow of products or services on global platform. In
energy sector, where competition has took place, because of
major exporters like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait, Qatar etc.

Advancement in technology: Innovation in technology has
facilitated globalization, the main reason for uplifting the
globalization is the advancement of modern technology .
Upliftment in the technology has reduced the cost of
transportation and communication across the nation.
Emergence of global village: In the era of 21st century,
advancement of technology has led to the emergence of the
global village.

Political factor: The company Cameco is operating in industrial
minerals and metals in more than dozen of countries and is
exposing itself to many political issues. Political issues plays a
critical role in determining the company's profitability.
Economic factor: The term economic involves both micro and
macro environment. Macro includes: Inflation rate, saving rate,
interest rate, foreign rate.

vital role in the formation of the organization culture.
Attitudes and shared beliefs of the crowd plays a
significant role in how's a Cameco industry will
understand the market structure.
Technological factor: The focus of the company should
not be on the technological aspects, it should focus on
the speed at which the advancement of technology is
hampering the industry of metals and minerals.
