INTRODUCTION
Global business environment is termed as environment where the interaction between the
local and international market happens which influences the working of the company. This
environment is comprises of unlimited numbers of nations where the operations are performed
with the limited number of resources considering all external and internal environment. The
present document has been written on the association that is The city college Limited which is
one of the leading education and training company. The chosen association is currently planning
to expand their business in the market of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Congo with the desire to
expand business in other countries too. This written document will cover the study about certain
topics such as key factors of the globalisation and its drivers, apart from this the study will also
cover different challenges which are impacting the business while operating at global level.
Apart from this different models and analysis will also be discussed here such as PESTLE
analysis,7's model, Mckinsey model, Hofsted's model related to the cultural dimension is also
discussed here(Charter, 2017).

Global business environment is termed as environment where the interaction between the
local and international market happens which influences the working of the company. This
environment is comprises of unlimited numbers of nations where the operations are performed
with the limited number of resources considering all external and internal environment. The
present document has been written on the association that is The city college Limited which is
one of the leading education and training company. The chosen association is currently planning
to expand their business in the market of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Congo with the desire to
expand business in other countries too. This written document will cover the study about certain
topics such as key factors of the globalisation and its drivers, apart from this the study will also
cover different challenges which are impacting the business while operating at global level.
Apart from this different models and analysis will also be discussed here such as PESTLE
analysis,7's model, Mckinsey model, Hofsted's model related to the cultural dimension is also
discussed here(Charter, 2017).

implementation of the various aspects so that the proficiency ratio of the business can be
increased. Some measure aspects which the business have focused are:
Culture: This factors consists of various norms, values, ethics which foster a great
impact on the business. In regard to this the City college have given their employees with certain
range of benefits and opportunity which are equal in term so that firms productivity cab be
raised.
Structure: This factor involves the organisational structure where the information is pass
from top to bottom in a hierarchical manner. As the business of City college is one of the leading
business which follow a proper chain in order to exchange information so that efficiency of the
business as well as employees remained maintained(Ueda, Kadota and Tozuka, 2014).
Governance: Herein the business of the City College have focused on the different
channels and platform to operate so that their connection and relation can be sustained in a
proper manner and enhance their overall position in the market place.

within the business in order to sustain their organisation structures and culture:
