The organisation chosen in this report is FTSE Watches of Switzerland this was originated in 1924. this have almost 16 shops in the world and they deals with all the Swiss watches and the luxury serving in UK. It is headquartered in England. All the deals and the management are made with revenue generation and turnover ratio as their net income is considered to be about 0.5 million (Hartono, and Kusumawardhani, 2019) . This report will cover external and internal analysis of company. METHODOLOGY This is a secondary research in which all the qualitative analysis of work is managed. TheWatches of Switzerland considers to follow all the policies and have a strong image in the market with their management and effective functions. They make their promotion through celebrity as to manage the high term goodwill.Economic factor-It involves all the financial aspects and the economical issues through which all production and their management is diversified as for example Habillage sector. This company focus on mainly Chinese consumers as they try to manage the high
interest rate with low investment in all the serving nature and functions (Halbert and Ingulli, 2020).Social factor-it involves all the demographic changes in the company through which they adapt all the future growth and serving.Watches of Switzerland rely on managing relationships with consumers and also focus on consumer choices and preference in a global manner. This is been seen that all the taste and the choice of the consumers are taken in proper execution.Technological factor-The changing trend in the digitation medium and the social media provides major impact on the society there is been seen that all the matters and the functions through which the promotions are managed being considered.Legal factor- it is being seen that so many internal and the external issues are carried out so as top maintain the mange in all the areas and also to apply legal rules and their abiding laws so as to solve the legal conflicts. Their provides so many issues through which all the legal matters can be opted (Baba, 2018). Environmental factor- TheWatches of Switzerland provides all the environmental friendly company and through which all the operations and the production of the watches are made to be a bit environmental friendly. They focus on all the carbo footprints and the effective working of the company(Rendtorff, 2019). CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above report that, global business is generally an expansion of advanced progressed business practises through which management can be effected. It promotes all the internal and the external applications of work. And also ensure all high market term in consumer base market.
