Global business is when there is a trade on an international level of organizations which
is across the world. While doing this there are few rights, laws, regulations and other important
factors which have to be considered by the organization so that they can have a better
functioning. Human rights are the most important right which is going to be discussed in the
further report so that there is a better functioning of the organization. Human rights are a very
important factor in the world which is being provided by the United Nations and is going to be
discussed in the further report about the rights which are being provided to the people.
MAIN BODY
United Nation has a lot of principles which they have so that they can have a equal
functioning for all the human beings better and rights which they all share. There are a lot of
people which are not getting equal share and this can help them get justice and create a peaceful
environment for all the living being1. There are a lot of laws for the human right like right to life,
discrimination, safety, hygiene, etc. These are basic rights of human beings so that they can have
a better functioning for themselves which is a very important factor for them. The purpose of this
is that there will be a better freedom of the people in the world and they will be able to do the
right things and achieve their objectives. Every human wants to have a healthy life so that they
can have a better functioning for themselves which is a very important factor for them. Many of
the people do not get justice because of the language, race, culture, gender, etc reasons which
United Nations tries to solve as much as possible so that they can have a better functioning for
themselves2. Before there were a lot of people who were facing slavery in the world which has

come up there were a lot of problems which were being faced by the people and there was no
one to listen to them and give them the justice which they deserved. Understanding this
importance in the world then United Nations was established so that the people can get what they
deserve and that is going to help the people get what they need in this world which is going to be
very helpful for the organization. This can help the organizations in the market industry also
have a better environment for the employees to work in and the profit margins will increase since
the demands and needs of the customers would be met on time. There has to be equal pay for
everyone and according to the promotions of the people so that there is a better functioning and
motivation in the organization can also be maintained which is a very important factor. United
Nations was established so that they can find peace and make the people get what they deserve
which is why human rights are one of the most important factor for this growth of the
organization4.
All the human beings want safety and security for themselves so that they are not afraid
of working or doing the right thing which is provided to them by the United Nations so that they
can find freedom. All the human beings have come free and equal in this world then because of
other reasons they cannot be judged and told what to do and what not to do. Employees and the
human being need security for whatever they are doing for anyone in the market or anything else
for others because they are having that right according to the United Nations. Over years the
United Nations understood the importance of safety and security of the people as well which is
why there were changes in the sections and redesigned for the betterment of the peoples right.
There should be power in the hands of the people who are knowledgeable and have the skills to
be handling the power in the right way so that there is a better functioning of the organization

grow in life but because of the discriminations which are taking place in the world the
organizations and the people do not give their best and just do for the sake of doing the work.
There are rights for children as well in the organization so that they can have a better functioning
for themselves in the community and the organization when they grow up. No one deserves a
bad past or growing up which is being given the right to the children from time to time so that
there is a better functioning and the environment of the world can remain healthy. There are a lot
of rights and regulations which the United Nations has put in the organization so that they can
have a better functioning for themselves which is a very important factor. For women the work
place is not so safe which has to be made that way according to the norms of the United nations
so that the female workers can also feel like working and have their own freedom and way of
living in the world. There are a lot of people who does not trust the justice system because there
is an unfair vision they can see which not a good factor for the organization is and the people
which needs to be improved so that there is a better functioning of the people in the world.
There are a lot of females who do not get what they deserve and have worked so hard for
in their lives but United Nations human right helps them to get what they desire in life. There are
a lot of promotions and increase in wages for the women which are not given to them because of
the gender reason since the men feel demotivated in the organization to world under women. It is
very important for the organizations to give all the people in the organization what they deserve
and that is a very important factor and right which should be given to everyone in the business or
any other place. Women do not have their own say in organizations which they should because
they have a lot of ideas which can make the organization function more effectively but it is
because of the mind set the organization does not function effectively. United Nation promotes
educating the female population of the world as well and it does not matter from which

provided by this organization for the world so that they can stand for something they did not
approve of or something they did not like and were forced into it6. Women are not asked before
any decision is taken which is a very important factor for the organization and the women
themselves that they have a say in whatever is happening around them. They are not physically
as strong as the men which are why it is very important that they are given this right to them.
Women also have to be given more leaves like maternity leaves and other leaves so that they can
balance their professional and personal life. There are disabled people as well in the world which
deserve a right to work or do what they wish to which United Nations said to that they will get a
right to do what they feel. All the possible physical and mental activities they are capable of
doing should be offered to them accordingly by the organization and there is a percentage which
is set by businesses which have disabled people working. This factor will not just get better
reputation of the organization but get more customers as well which is going to result in higher
profit margin. It is very important for the organization to have high profit in the sense they can
give little work and wages to the disable people according to the work which can be again very
profitable for the business. Everyone be it from any religion or any caste, working or not
working, physically fit or disable, etc all have the right of being a human which is what is being
provided by the United Nations7.
United Nations protects respects and remedies the human right framework so that the
people are satisfied with the services which the organization is providing. It is very important for
the humans to get what they deserve so that they can have a better functioning for themselves
which is a very essential factor. There has to be a transparency in all the rights and there should

same treatment for all the members of the group so that they can have a better functioning for
themselves which is a very important factor for the company. All the human beings have a
dignity of their own which is very important for them to keep with them so that they can have a

lifestyle. All the people in the world have a right to express themselves which can make the
people have a better functioning for themselves and have a right to understand each other which
will make the organization have a better productivity as well. There is a neutral judge panel
which sits for giving the justice so that there is a better functioning and the people trust United
