2GLOBAL BUSINESS IntroductionThis report highlights the environmentally friendly approach to energy and transportationof the organization named Collision Centre, an auto body shop. The use of environmentalfriendly approach implemented by the organization will ensure business sustainability. Sustainable energy and transportation approach As commented by Schulze & Eicker (2013), improving the ventilation, use of solarpanels and reducing the energy consumption will help the organization in ensuring sustainability.Improving the ventilation of the building: The ventilation of the building can be improved byconstructing the building in a way that influences natural ventilation. Incorporating naturalventilation within the building structure of Collision Centre will help in mitigating the use ofartificial sources of energy. The natural way of ventilation can be introduced within the buildingby constructing solar chimney. According to the mechanism of the solar chimney, the sun willheat the air within the building thereby, rising up due to increasing in the buoyancy and leavingthe room. Eventually, low air pressure is created within the room thereby, drawing fresh air inthe room through specially placed inlet points (Freire, Abadie & Mendes, 2013). Use of solar panels: Operating an auto body shop signifies the use of electrical equipment byusing artificial means of energy. As a result, a huge amount of artificial resources are beingexhausted. Keeping in mind the long-term impact of the business, the use of solar panels andsolar energy is an effective measure for decreasing the consumption of energy. Sun is the naturalsource of energy with abundant availability. The Collision Centre can install solar panels forusing the solar energy. This will help the organization to mitigate the use of the traditional and
